Room for improvement
It keeps my memories to the places I visited. Also quite detail and intricate. But I really hope if you can re produce the mini cube version. Because I have space constraints to collect them all. Since I live in Asia I do hope if there is an agent or seller somewhere in Asia because the shipping also a constraint. My last order was in bulk, the customs duties I have to lay is ridiculously expensive (if O calculated back the amount of duties amd shipping per item is almost same as the original price. I do hope that something good development from your side and will always support your product 👍🏻Thank you.

We also really appreciate your honest feedback. We are constantly working to improve, and shipping, taxes and duties are definitely a challenge we are actively tackling. Our goal is to make these costs as transparent as possible. For most countries, they are already included directly at checkout. If they are not included, we try to show this clearly in advance so they do not come as an unexpected surprise later.
Regarding the miniCUBE size, we understand how important it is for collectors and long time customers like you. That is why we continue to make miniCUBES available in the Discontinued Sizes section on our website.

Fun little models; good customer service; perhaps not good value
A very nice model to remind you of your hometown, or just your current home, or just to display as some art.
I ordered 3 minicubes (which are being discontinued). I had no need to contact the company and shipping was very fast.
It was disappointing for such a "premium" priced product to see the frame is unfinished wood, with rough joins and one corner slightly chipped despite the pristine packaging. I don't see these lasting very long.

Our frames are made of real wood, which is a natural material, and while each piece is carefully crafted, small imperfections or minor chips can occasionally occur, especially during shipping. That said, what you describe is not the experience we aim to deliver.

Ich habe eine winzig kleine Stadt gekauft. Das Produkt kostet echt viel und dazu kam noch der unfassbar teure Versand nach Mexiko sowie 50 % Zollkosten, obwohl der Versand schon alles inklusive haben sollte.

These charges are set by local authorities and collected by UPS. We understand that additional costs can be frustrating, but they are part of international shipping regulations and not something we can control.

Downtown Los Angeles in its full glory
The model I ordered, the nine square version of Los Angeles, has exquisite detail and looks great either on a horizontal plane or mounted vertically. I have mine mounted vertically. It is both a work of art and a reference point for my interest in the urban core of my home city. The model arrived well packaged and in excellent condition and the packing is reusable, should I need to move the model.

An amazing little product
