They didn’t send me the model of Instant Pot they advertised and I ordered.

Never received item and blocked my emails! I have to stop payment through bank which takes up to 2 weeks. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Amazing company so honest! Customer service is five star all the way!! Where as the manufacturer of something I bought wouldn’t honor their warrantee citywide stepped up to the plate and honored it for them! Wow! What an amazing ethical helpful company! I’ll be buying everything I need from them! You got a Customer for life in me citywide!

No email response to return request and no phone number to talk to a live person. I wouldn’t cal this a “Hassle free return” as it was advertised

Heater works fine. Shipping was swift.

Great price, substantially lower then other places and item arrived promptly. Never heard of citywideshop before this purchase, but will be looking for future deals from here on out

I have been trying to reach City Wide Shop since i placed the order #13834 on 24 Nov. to find out delivery data on this. I have sent emails daily and no one is responding to me. I need for someone to contact me from their company or I am going to cancel this order. I am very disappointed and frustrated with the lack of communication. All I need is for someone to respond to my emails.

On Sunday November 21 I ordered a speaker Edison Professional m-7500 and received it Tuesday November 23, it was a fast delivery i was happy that arrived early. I proceeded to open my speaker box, when I opened it was broken at the top side of the speaker handle. Then i check if there wasn’t other damaged, and it was fine except for the top part. Later i try the speaker sound quality and i ended up disappointing because it wasn’t loud with only the full volume, i had to increase the bass and treble of the speaker. I was expecting a very loud Speaker because the watts that this speaker has it should sound loud without using the additional tuning. One thing that i like is the variety and colorful led lights that this speaker has because it’s very attractive. I hope i can exchange it for a new speaker if not then I would like to get a refund.

I ordered a monitor on Sunday. Realized around 30 min later I didn't it and started trying to cancel my order. I've emailed them several times. I've used their website support form. Tried to Facebook them. There is no phone number to call. Even though the website says they'll reply within 12-24 hours it's now end of day Wednesday and I've gotten zero response. Their policy says that you can cancel before the order gets "processed" but if no one responds to you how exactly does that get accomplished?

The monitor has now arrived so now I'll need to figure out how to get them to authorize a return but again, how do you do that if they won't reply to you.

I ordered a smoke hollow charcoal grill and it was in very bad condition. the hood was bent and does not close properly, it was missing screws and nuts, the packaging was horrible the box was very damaged

Knew nothing about Citywideshop. Item arrived as ordered, on time, and at a very, very good price price compared to all other online sites.

Shipping was slow, bad communication with email it said processing for two days but money was withdrawn from my account. They literally purchased it from Sam's club and then send it to my house. They made 70 bucks for doing nothing do your shopping on Google first before going through third party sellers. I could have got a Sam's Club membership and my product with the money I spent...

The product is great but the advertised rise is just what the unit can do, not what the car truly rises. My car only rose 7 1/2 inches and that was with the two rubber blocks in place. I was able to use a creeper and get good clearance under the car and that was my goal.
