They straight up copy other smaller brands designs and claim them as their own. UK small business Pastael launched the first striped compressible packing cubes back in 2025 in yellow and white stripes called Citron. A couple months later, CIUB came out with an exact replica of the cubes - even with the same name...

They renamed from easypackpro - good idea. Also great product! Shame to see all these reviews about their shipping and customer service… I had a good experience and their cubes are 100% the best. I did order 5 other brands and they all ripped at some point when applying pressure when packing tight.

Love them!

I have ordered from Ciub numerous times and have always received items promptly. The quality is super. They make packaging and unpacking so easy. Love them!

I wish I’d read the reviews before…

I wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing. I received my order with the wrong colour item included, an error by them.
After contacting them they said it was my responsibility to pay for return postage and wouldn’t send the replacement until I’d paid the return. They made the error and showed no sense of urgency to resolve the matter. Not great customer service.

No packing pods here!!!

I ordered an item. Royal Mail failed to deliver as we were out. When I checked in with Ciub they said it was being held at our local deliver office. The delivery office said that it had been, but it had been returned to sender. The only response I can now get from Ciub is that the order was fulfilled. It is like talking to a wall - well it would be if they would speak to me - messaging only. They are not asking for proof that the item was returned. They sent the parcel so are in a better position to get this information from the Royal Mail. One month later and I am £60 and getting nowhere. Don't use this company.

I ordered 2 items back in August

I ordered 2 items back in August. I tracked the package and it showed it at a sorting facility but never reached me. I have contacted them several times and have been told they are following up on it. I have requested a refund so I hoping that arrives! Very disappointing and awful customer service. I purchased the packing cubes previously and they arrived within 4 days so not sure what has gone wrong this time but owing to the awful customer service I certainly won't be recommending them or purchasing from them again

Bad service.

Asked for a refund back in June for a product that was not delivered. Still waiting. Was told it was moved on to refund section. Now not responding to emails. A joke. Just want my money back.

Arrived late but will definitely use 👍🏻

I’d just left on my holidays when they arrived - 2 days late. However I do like them a lot. Might pack away some summer clothes in them over the winter. I like the Irish name; however they were delivered initially by Royal Mail (which may explain the extra days in delivering), and made in China - so puzzled as to the Irish name when they’re not Irish? As a product? I get it. And will definitely use them: I’m looking forward to the uncreased clothes when I open them up!!!!! Note I’m not negative: just stated facts as I found them. 👍🏻.

Silly. Company has lots to improve on.

Ordered 3, received 2 ok but one was the not colour ordered. Had to chase customer support and was finally given the return address to send it to (after chasing for response). No returns label - I had to pay for postage (and had to explain again it was their fault, not mine and not that I was changing my mind - just want what I ordered). Once received, they tell me it has to be checked and then they’ll post the new one. (Was waiting for beige - now it’s here it’s actually a bit see through).

I’m still waiting for my refund for postage. We’re approaching 1 month since I ordered. Thank goodness I didn’t need them urgently.

One of the positives for ordering these expensive sets was they have a lifetime guarantee. I now am absolutely dreading there being an issue and having to go through customer support again.

Get it’s a newish/small company, now trading under new name, but really must sort out distribution and returns process. This is nuts.

avoid this company

avoid this company. Sent back item for refund after getting their permission, getting them to reply was not easy. 3 weeks after delivery and finally got the refund.
They ignore emails. But constantly send emails about how busy they are. Well that's no good of their customer service is zero.
They seem to be also trading under easypackpro

Pleasantly surprised

I ordered the cubes on instagram last Thursday then read negative reviews on here. I was slightly worried but soon received a “shipping” email/ text. They arrived on Monday. They’re aesthetic and do the job. Very impressed.

You don’t always get what you pay for! Go somewhere else!

Although I received the goods, they arrived damaged. I emailed 3 weeks ago and had 10 days of no response. I then received a response saying it had gone to the replacement department and then about another week of nothing.. the customer service is non existent and I could have bought cheaper and got better customer service. Stay away and don’t bother is my advice.

Don’t Use This Company

Six weeks ago, I ordered two x 4 packs of packing cubes, but only received one. I have now contacted Eoghan at Ciub five times. Despite promising to resolve the matter, I still do not have the missing package that I paid for. Nor have I been refunded the money that I paid.
I have now had to raise this matter with my bank to try to get a refund.
I had previously bought Easypackpro packing cubes and found them to be great. But my recent experience of poor customer service and their complete refusal to engage / admit their mistake has left me out of pocket and without the goods I paid for. The customer service experience has been hugely frustrating and I have wasted a lot of time fruitlessly trying to get Ciub to give me what I paid for. I recommend finding a different supplier.

Wrong order delivered.

After receiving my first order albeit quite late. I thought I would buy more for an upcoming holiday. They sent me the wrong item. When I requested they send the correct order the CSR said I had to return the old order then they would send me the correct order.
Of course I’m not happy to do this until I receive the correct item.
I have asked for a manager to call me back. Nothing. No response to my further follow up emails. I think this is another Instagram business looking to make a lot of cash quickly and move onto the next thing. I wouldn’t recommend. The fact they don’t seem to respond to trust pilot also indicates that this isn’t a long term venture for them. Put your money elsewhere.

Dreadful Customer Service

Terrible company. I have not received the item that I ordered and keep getting the runaround. They refuse to cancel the order even though it has not yet shipped and will not arrive in time for my trip. The reviews on their website indicate that others are having the same problem. Avoid them at all costs.

Still waiting ………

I’m still waiting for a response to an email sent 10 days ago. This dreadful company clearly doesn’t value their customers when they’re unhappy with their incredibly poor customer service. It would also appear that they don’t read reviews on Trust Pilot.

I suspect they are hoping I will just give up requesting a refund of the delivery charge. It’s about more than that, it’s about this company being held to account for their complete lack of customer care when they’re unhappy and their show of incompetence and the inability to respond to many emails
