Avoid Civeed – Poor Quality and No Returns Support

I strongly advise against ordering from Civeed. The items I received were of noticeably poor quality, did not match the photos on the website, and the sizing was completely inaccurate.

Worse still, the company refuses to provide a return address, making it impossible to send items back. Despite this, PayPal closed my dispute in the seller’s favour, simply because the items weren’t returned – a frustrating loophole that protects sellers like Civeed at the expense of consumers.

Extremely disappointed in both Civeed’s unethical practices and PayPal’s lack of protection for buyers. Shop elsewhere.

Do yourself a favour and do not order from here. The quality is terrible and they make it impossible to make a return, by not providing an address or any information in the packaging. PayPal would not issue a refund when a case was raised. Very disappointed

I bought 2 pairs of trousers and are far too big. Asked to return for a refund and was told by email that I could keep them and sell on but for smaller size they wanted £5. I said no and was told not to write a bad review and offered £12 voucher to purchase something else from the online store. I also haven't had any response to my last email 😕

My trousers arrived promptly and were a good fit. Very comfortable to wear and well made. I was apprehensive after reading poor reviews but I am really pleased with the item and would buy again.

Ordered two pairs of trousers a week ago and have heard nothing since. Keep emailing them for current position on order and heard nothing.

I ordered some trousers from Civeed. Very poor quality and very short. They state they fit 5’3 to 5’8. I am 5’6 and they were at least 3 inches short. As per other reviews they said they would refund £6 and I could give the trousers to someone (as too expensive to return). Today I received a further message offering to send me two pairs in larger sizes, free of charge, as long as I write a positive review on Facebook prior to them sending them out!!!!!
Steer clear of this company.

Do not shop with this company. It's a scam!!
I ordered a pair of trousers but they were too small for me. Also Very Poor Quality. I asked if I could return the trousers for a refund. I received a reply asking me if I would like another pair of trousers but when I said no the emails stopped coming. I have sent a total of six emails but still no reply from them. Do not waste your money as you will not get your money back.

I have asked for a return label and they just send an email that has some link but it doesn’t work they are shoddy goods the wrong colour and I think there site should be closed down they are a disgrace

Do not use this company I have received shoddy goods and when trying to return them they state too expensive to return and despite several attempts to email them for returns they are now not answering emails and just sending my email back

Received my order last Monday sadly not suitable. I have emailed them every day since and had no response. I am £30 out of pocket.
Lesson learned.

I ordered two items. Only one arrived. So I asked for another item ti be sent or a refund , instead they said it was delivered .
Later they asked me to review one item . Which begs the question if they sent 2 items then why not ask to review 2 items . I am £29 out of pocket.

Stay away from this Civeed scam of a company. They must be raking it in! Plus, because I complained they must have sold on my email address judging by my junk mail increase by far. I heard about this company as they were advertising eyebrow wands with little hairs to enhance, and a good shape brow to be had that doesn’t move and I swim a lot so I bought one and got another free. I saw their advert on Facebook. They arrived. No hairs in the wand and just a gloopy horrid brown mess on my face!
When I asked for a refund they offered me half the money with the suggestion that I sell them to family or friends! What a cheek! Who on earth would pass on a load of unusable make up to nice people! Outrageous! Thank goodness I paid by credit card and my bank can see what a scam this is. Avoid at all cost is my advice

Delivery was late and the quality of the fabric is very poor, blouse particularly - made with cheap nylon Haven't seen in shops for years!!!

Ordered two items from civeed. Wrong item on confirmation which came through immediately so contacted them immediately and was told it’s too late items had been shipped. Waited a month for delivery and utterly disgusted at quality of goods. I contacted them to be told it’s expensive to return so will I accept half the cost and to pass the goods on or re sell. Why would I want to pass shoddy goods on?. Told them I want a full refund and to return them. Not heard back yet. Informed Klarna who are very helpful

I purchased 4 polo shirts which were received and I liked the feel.

However, when trying them on it was apparent they were incorrectly sized. I ordered a size larger than I usually wear, but they appeared to be 2 sizes smaller than I needed.

I accept that sizes can vary slightly, so contacted them requesting a returns label in line with their returns policy.

In their response they suggested I try sell them to friends to get my money back because it would be expensive to return. They did offer to sell me further shirts at a higher price than I originally paid.

I have sent a number of emails where they have made a variety of offers none of which have been acceptable or in line with their returns policy.

Fortunately I always use my credit card for online purchases which provides the safety blanket of the Consumer Credit Act.

I would advise you to steer clear of this company.

Faulty mugs delivered. It's states full refund if its not the customer's fault and 30 day money back guarantee.
They offered a free mug, but that was also faulty. Then offered half my money back. I said I wanted a full refund. After about 5 emails they stopped responding. I am sick of scams. If you have cheap items don't sell them....
£22 for 2 mugs that I don't want. Please just stick to local companies
