Dont pay their suppliers and operating under a different company name
Operating illegally as a dormant company, stay well clear. Dont pay their creditors!
Cant get in touch with them and they are registered as a dormant company on companies house. The other company they own has over a million pound in debt. Is this a genuine company ?
Our brand NOA joined CK fulfilment at the start of busy season after being massively and rather unexpectedly let down by our existing 3PL. I am so grateful for how incredible and accommodating the team have been since day one to make sure our transition over was as seamless as possible and for helping us during a time of crisis, our experience since the very first day has been amazing and I cannot fault a single aspect, the entire team is amazing, so kind and lovely to work with, it is truly a breath of fresh air within the 3PL world and many could follow in CK fulfilments footsteps!
Rebecca and the team are absolutely fantastic and go above and beyond for our small business and you can tell from the get go how passionate they are about small businesses and how they just 'get' us. Finding the right fulfilment partner is key to a successful online business. Having experienced a couple other fulfilment providers before finding CK, I can honestly say they are the best we have dealt with. They go above and beyond to support you and truly care about your business. The whole team are friendly, approachable and allow you not to worry as you know your products are in safe hands. We love CK and can't thank them enough for all that they have done for us!

Third Party fulfilment services in our experience can be cold, robotic and compassionless. CK somehow manage to deliver the high standards of a large company with the personal touches and genuine care that you would expect from a small business.
If you are looking to out source your business but are worried about a 3PL not taking care of your orders and stock the way that you would then look no further.
Our service from the team so far has been outstanding and the guys at CK are wonderful, with open communication whenever we need it. We don't feel like we've 'out sourced' we feel like we have 'partnered' with CK Fulfilment.
We are confident that the team will maintain their standards of excellence even as they grow, it's an ethos that the company is built on and we're proud to have our business in their capable hands.
We have used two different fulfilment centres in the past and both have brought us several issues. Since we moved into CK Fulfilment, we have had such a positive experience. The whole team go out of their way to help in any way they can. All orders are sent out on time or earlier than expected. We would definitely recommend.
