Great for curls
Callie really took her time to figure out what i wanted and she didnt rush things at all! It was nice to get a dry cut for my curls as i haven't found many people who will cut my hair that way. I will definitely be returning

Shady business
I have gotten service with Callie before. Anytime I needed to contact her about my appointment or availability, I would get no response. It's impossible to get in contact with her. This time around, I booked my appointment 3 weeks ahead of time. I noticed my appointment was still “pending” the day before the scheduled appointment. I contacted her via text and phone to see if we were still suitable for the appointment. I received no response from either end. On the day of the appointment, I received a notification that the appointment was not approved with no reason or response. I am disappointed, being that I've been to her multiple times. The least I could've gotten was communication. I dislike doing these types of reviews, but the way this situation was handled was shady and unprofessional.
