I received my purchase later than…
I received my purchase later than anticipated, but when I reached out to confirm it was on its way. I had the pleasure of speaking with a gentleman named Stuart. He was kind and was able to alleviate my concerns about my purchase arriving at some point in the near future. It was a gift for a very special friend so having someone who understood the importance of getting it to them was what made this a great experience. The ring has since arrived and was an amazing gift that created a sparkle in the eyes of the person who received it.

I ordered this ring for my boyfriend…
I ordered this ring for my boyfriend for Christmas, I was happy with the delivery and tracking and the quality of the ring, however, I ordered a size 10 and received an 11. So I was super disappointed when the ring didn’t fit and had to get it resized.

And I like the product. However I have tried contacting the company a couple times in regards to an exchange for size and I have not heard back from anyone. I do not have an email confirmation of my order so I’m kind of stuck on what I need to do right now.

The silver Claddagh earrings are beautiful
The earrings are lovely. Thank you for the care and artistry that go into them. I ordered five pairs as gifts.
The only small glitch I encountered was that I never received an email confirming my purchase. The earrings arrived in a timely manner, but I had no way of knowing that they would, nor did I have anyway to track them.

I never received an email confirmation…
I never received an email confirmation on the order or any relevant info to track. The payment however, was processed on my credit card. I have since reached out twice with no response. In today's day and age I wouldn't expect it to be this hard to get in contact with a company that so easily is ready to take your money. This was a Christmas gift as well, so anxiously waiting any response.
