Workers are disrespectful and lazy...takes months to complete a job and cault workers peeing In the insulation under Cladding

After receiving half my goods then was informed the other half was damaged and sent back but this was after i chased the other half of the order.
New order sent out was damaged and wrong colour. Another order sent out this was damaged. Then another order sent out was wrong colour again
.this was over a period of 4 weeks. Manager at cladtech said even though the pack had a different name its the same colour which it was not. Despite this they refused to do anything unless i had the original box the first order came in who keeps boxes for 4 weeks. Not me so now left with half a completed bathroom
Appalling service will never use again.

Got some marble wall panels and J Type Chrome End-cap for my bathroom. All arrived on time. Top panel was damaged but I managed to get enough out of it to finish the job so no issues really. The chrome end-cap comes in a large cardboard tube and so was in good condition. The bathroom looks great so very happy all in all...

Without a shadow of doubt ‘ThinkTapsLtd’ / Cladtech / any other sister companies they hide behind are criminals that are scamming innocent people by selling faulty knock off goods! PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE ORDERING!!
Currently under investigation for fraud & false advertisement with ombudsman!

Bought some cladding which stated light grey when it come was stone beige. Then to open them and find half of them were damaged. And one pack weren't glossy panels they were matt they don't even do matt ones. Also ordered some white gloss ceiling panels anf a couple were also damaged upon arrival. Tying to get customer service was disgrace they took hours to get back and wouldn't refund any of the damaged ones. Had to wait for more to be delivered before could finish bathroom. Don't waste your time ordering. Won't be recommending to anyone

I purchased some panels and edge strips from this provider.
They arrived mostly smashed to bits with no corner strips.
After evidence they offered a tiny refund I said no.
Then they said they would send replacements they did not.
After threatening legal action through the small claims court they admitted the replacements had not been sent.
Then stupidly they sent the whole order again.
I gave two stars yes an extra one as I eventually got enough panels to complete the jobs but cannot recommend this company although the lady via email did her best.
