Just had follow up call letting me know that they are dropping the Solicitors and doing the legal themselves so that I get a further 17% should my cases be successful. Umear explained all & I signed up there & then. Good professional service & hope I get something back.

Got a call today from umear letting me know the solicitors they were using wanted half the compensation awarded for any successful claim which himself and his company were not happy with so are now doing it all in house so the claimant gets more of the compensation brilliant service cheers umear

Communication is key!
Letting me know what is happening at every stage is something that I appreciate, especially during a case that has so much media attention. Umear was very polite and ensured that I had all of the information. He also gave guidance on timings and assured me they were doing everything they could to seek resolution.

All good, the fact that they have dropped the expensive solicitor is good news. People need to remember these claims are not quick, if the defendants to not hit the time frame it has to go to the Financial Ombudsman, which then sits in another queue. Do not expect an instant result, be patient there 100’s of thousands of claimants.
