This sight claims to have a shop based in Bristol however this isn’t true as good are shipped from China, also what you see advertised on their site has no resemblance to what you will actually receive.. I have reported this site and hopefully it will be taken down soon.. avoid at all costs

If I could give ZERO stars I would. What I received (eventually) is bloody disgusting! Not a beautiful hand made knit. Cheap, nasty material. Printed. I am so outraged. NOT a Bristol company. Cheap frap from China! Don’t think I can even return it. DONT BUY! Scam scam scam!

Ordered what appeared to be a knitted hoodie. When it arrived ( from China) it was printed on to cheap synthetic material. The price would have been reasonable for a knitted item.
I contacted customer services and they said that they were not accepting returns. I could keep the item and a 10% refund. They then said I would have to pay postage to return to China and they would also take a £10 admin fee. If I sent it without their approval, I would not get a refund. Eventually I agreed a 40% refund and keep the item. It is rubbish. Do not be taken in by the "Long established UK family business" or the picture of a shop in "Bristol". Steer clear!

Terrible service. Fooled by the website. Shocking delivery times and the 2 tops I ordered are of dreadful quality. Very thin material and poorly made. They're so bad I'm not even keen to donate them to a charity shop. Avoid the site at all costs.

Like others I was caught out by the advert on social media. Tbh I had a couple of niggles about the website but stupidly still went ahead and placed the order. Only then did I look to see where the shop is in Bristol and found all the negative reviews. I immediately tried to cancel but was told I couldn’t ( they very quickly took the money from my account). The jumper has finally arrived but is very poor quality and made from polyester. I will have to pay to return it and pay a £10 fee on top. How do these firms get away with it? I have certainly learned my lesson.

Well they got me! Poor quality, not as per the description, long delay in arriving. I wouldn’t wear this if you paid me it’s hideous. Have to chalk it up to experience and move on. DON’T BUY FROM THIS SITE ITS A SCAM!

Excellent site, I was totally fooled ! Loads of instructions, contact numbers, lovely photograph.
How could I not be convinced it was genuine !
Eventually arrived.
100% polyester, not wool, having read other reviews I’m not even going to bother returning it….
I’m just fortunate it was less than £50.

Website is an AI generated scam. Clothes arrived but terrible quality and 100% polyester / made in china.

I paid £44 for a jumper in their "sale". I could have got the same from Primark for £12. Not good value and obviously made overseas in Asia.

Do not buy anything from this company. They are an absolute rip off company with a .co.uk email address in the UK however things are shipped from China and not good quality (polyester not wool as advertised). I am bitterly disappointed and angry with their offer of a 10% refund and keep the sweaters. I am dealing with 'Clara' at Clara Miles. I will continue to fight them and warn anyone against this site.

Poor Quality and returns are required to be shipped back to China. Not Bristol! Ordered on 26th January and arrived 3 weeks later

I think this company is a fake. Nothing has arrived. Please don’t order from them.
Update: the jumper arrived. Dreadful quality. Nasty polyester. No resemblance to the website! I’d like to upload pics but not sure how to do it. It’s diabolical! Raised a dispute via credit card. These people need locking up!

Ordered 4 items that arrived today after 3 weeks and clearly lengthy delays at airports although I had expected them to arrive from Bristol. Really annoyed as the company is clearly a complete scam and front for very poor quality clothes from Asia. Just in process of trying to return them and read that I will have to pay £10 per item. Disappointed annoyed and frustrated. I avoid air miles whenever I can. Rubbish quality so please don’t bother with this organisation

I purchased a jumper from Clara & Miles on the back of a customer promoting the store via a video because the jumper she was wearing was really sweet. It had been reduced to £44.95. The jumper in the video looked to be a wool blend, slightly fluffy in texture. It has a fairisle yoke. There did not appear to br visible seams.
I contacted the an email address to chase ny order, expecting it to come from Bristol, Wrong it was sat at an airport.
However, excited to open my parcel, I found a jumper made from polyester, flat and 4 visible seams within the yoke. Nothing at all like the one worn in the video
I contacted via email and said I would like to return. I was told it would need to be returned to China, so they would give me a 10% reduction and I could keep the jumper. I said I dont want the garment nor will I accept the £4.40 reduced price.
I contacted them again 11/01 asking for return details. I got a link to their returns policy, which In all honesty doesn't bod well for any one or any reason wanting to return.
A %20 followed by a final offer of %30 has been made.
Whilst they are quick off the mark to respond to emails and complaints their overall service is shocking.
Anyone any suggestions? I won't wear this jumper, it is awful
