Shoes are horrible. Awkward sized and shaped. Made out of plastic & foam. Barbie shoes are better quality. You will never get your money back. They are in Asia, not USA.

This company is completely misleading. I ordered boots from Clark’s Bloomfield thinking they were affiliated with Clarks — the well-known, reputable British shoe brand. They are not. The name and branding are clearly designed to confuse buyers, and I fell for it.

What I received was nothing like the product photos — the boots looked and felt incredibly cheap, more like something from a dollar store than a quality footwear company. As soon as I opened the bag, I was hit with a strong, toxic chemical smell. Not remotely wearable.

When I contacted customer service, I was told I could return the boots — but only if I shipped them back to China at my own expense, which would cost more than the boots themselves. On top of that, they instructed me to falsely declare the package as worth only $10 for customs, which is blatantly dishonest and could land a customer in legal trouble.

This is not just bad customer service — it’s deliberately deceptive business. They're selling low-quality products under a misleading name and making returns intentionally difficult or impossible.

Avoid Clark’s Bloomfield at all costs. It’s not Clarks, it’s not honest, and it’s definitely not worth your money.

DO NOT BUY. I just wasted my money. They don't really take returns. After FINALLY reaching them, I realized this is a vendor out of China. Returns are to a China address- at my cost! And only 10% refund. That's not a return, that's a RIP-OFF!

Horrible product- they smell and are extremely cheap. They came in a bag labeled IVYBelle. Scam

I received the boots I ordered and they are dreadful. Cheap, poorly made. Not as described. I am currently fighting to get my full refund. I paid $92 for a pair of boots that belong in a dollar store. Their site states a full refund if you are not happy. How frustrating !!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. What they advertise and what you actually receive are two completely different things.

After receiving a product that was not as described, I contacted customer service requesting a full refund. Instead of resolving the issue, they’ve dragged it out over 30+ emails, offering me a laughable 10% refund — completely unacceptable given the circumstances.

It’s clear they’re not interested in doing right by their customers and are simply playing games to avoid issuing refunds. This feels like a scam operation — and I would strongly advise others to stay away.

Do NOT waste your money here. This company is a complete scam disguised under the name Clarks Bloomfield claiming to be from the UK.

Cheap knock-offs: The shoes I received were grossly cheaply made, nothing like what was pictured or advertised. Wrong color, wrong design, and nowhere near the quality promised.

Shady return policy: They offer a “return” option, but only if you ship the items back to Asia at your own expense — which costs more than the shoes themselves.

Impossible timelines: They demand the return be received within 14 days, yet state that shipping back to Asia could take up to 30 days. That makes it essentially impossible to qualify for a refund.

Deceptive branding: The use of “Clarks” in their name is misleading and makes buyers think they are purchasing from the well-known Clarks brand. This is not the case.

Bottom line: This is a scam site. The products are knock-offs, the policies are designed to prevent legitimate returns, and the entire operation is built to cheat customers. Save yourself the money, time, and frustration — buy only from the official Clarks website or a trusted retailer.

Wish I had read all these reviews before I ordered. Just received my order today, two pairs of shoes. Cheap knock offs, Walmart quality. Outright Fraud by the company by claiming they are Clark’s, not even close. If Clark’s had an ugly stepsister these would be it. Bummed that I fell for it. Don’t plan on wasting time trying to return. Live and learn.

I would leave none if I could. I paid $125 for three paid of shoes worth $25. These are not CLARKS as advertised. They are from china.
The shoes also smell so bad.

I believe that this company is in China and presents itself as if it is located in the USA. If you try to return the shoes, they will keep offering you discounts on what you paid. When they finally gave me the address to mail it back, it was in China. They do not offer shipping for returning products. I am out $50 and have a pair of shoes I cannot wear.

I waited three weeks for my delivery and the tracking was horrible. It comes from China or somewhere in Europe and got stuck in customs in London and then in New York for extended.

When I got the product, the heel is higher than the picture presents and too high for my arthritic knees. The material is extremely cheap and I would be embarrassed to wear the shoes.

I thought these were the real Clark shoes but they are not. First day wearing them the heel came apart from the shoe.

Terrible customer service. They just refund 25% of the total cost of item if you return anything back. The quality of product is not at all good. Please stay away from this store. The shoes came in the bag, and is low quality. They wouldn’t take return at any cost.

Do not buy from them! You will thank me. I fell for it and they are out of China and make it impossible to return. Tried to dispute charges on my credit card and lost. The shoes are garbage!

I fell for it. This is not a real company. I ordered shoes and they do not fit. I have to return to CHINA on my own expense. This cost is almost as much as the cheap shoes that I got.

I should have read the reviews!! They are accurate. SCAM!

This company is a scam! They advertise all over FB and IG and say they have easy returns. The shoes are flimsy and horrible quality. The sandals I bought don’t even stay on my feet. They make it impossible to return them! Beware of this company.

I fell for the ad on FB thinking this was Clark's brand. I should have researched further from online reviews and should have known better. Paid $60 (supposedly on sale) for a pair of cheap plastic shoes. Wore them today and they squeak. Instead of a real buckle, it's Velcro. I won't bother returning them. Lesson learned. BUYER BEWARE.

The shoes arrived not in a box but in a plastic bag and smelled very strongly of chemicals. I expected to be getting a pair of clarks and not these cheaply made knockoffs.

FAKE- they are not Clark’s quality. Super cheap, plastic feel. I’ve emailed back and forth with the company three times. They WON’T return them. They keep saying they will exchange them or give me a partial refund and I should keep them. STAY AWAY
