Really listened to what my daughter wanted. She has tricky feet and she managed to find a way to make the shoes work for her

Very quick service from a very pleasant lady called Sally. Very satisfied with the attention to detail and very pleasantly surprised at the total price of school shoes plus sports trainers. I expected it to be more expensive but we have got a lot of good quality for our money.

Kathrine could not have been more helpful during our visit in store today. She was very professional, knowledgeable and super friendly! Despite my daughter taking forever to make up her mind, Kathrine remained patient through out our appointment. Great service, happy customers :)

Katherine provided a fantastic service today measuring my 7 year old son and my 4 year old son for new school shoes and trainers. She was so friendly and the store was so busy but the service still felt very personal. Katherine was brilliant today.

Isla was absolutely amazing so patient and great with the children. She went above & beyond to help me she took so much time to understand what I wanted i walked away with the shoes that I wanted for my boys & beautiful shoes for my 14 month old. I was so taken by the customer service i received I bought her some flowers. What a true asset to your store! I have to say all your staff that i encountered today were lovely. Thank you!!!!

I visited the Didcot Clarks today with my 10 year old daughter to find some school shoes. She had been measured in another branch previously. We were looking for a specific style in her size. Unfortunately, the style she liked wasn’t suitable. My daughter tried several styles in different sizes/widths. Anya helped us and provided a great service. She was good with my daughter and was happy to keep fetching different pairs to try. There was no hard sell and she didn’t pressure us into making a quick decision. I would be happy to return when we need another pair of school shoes.

I have had a very good experience today. The lovely worker, i think her name was Thea, measured my children’s feet and was very lovely to them.

Kathrine was great dealing with my online returns and a new purchase . The shop was busy and she successfully juggled several customers at once. Receipts and refunds dealt very efficiently electronically. Very efficient service!

Great service, Molly was very patient with my two small kids and made shoe fitting a breeze.

We went to Clarks on Saturday too get our 4 (nearly 5) year old some new shoes. We had gone with the intention of getting school shoes ready for when she started in September.
However, the brilliant Kathrine, let us know that it would most likely result in a "wasted" purchase as her feet would grow in that time. So instead we got some cheaper shoes that will last for preschool.
Her service was so good in fact, that I ended up getting some new shoes for myself.

Kathrine served us today and was very welcoming and helpful, providing a great selection of trainers in my son's size.

No 'hard sell' talk just gentle conversation that encouraged me in my search for summer sandals. Ilya took considerable care in helping me to choose the right size and Debbie was instrumental in ensuring that I received the best discount available. Thank you both.

We didn’t have an appointment but Kathrine was so welcoming and kind and very helpful with fitting my daughter’s school shoes. She went out of her way to make sure we found some comfortable ones. Great service!

Dropped into my local Clarks and Kathrine helped me find my perfect shoes. I have a high instep so buying shoes that fit well is harder than it should be. Katherine found a couple of pairs for me that I found comfortable, so it was nice to have a choice for a change. Very happy, thank-you

Katherine in Didcot was amazing with the children's shoes. Really lovely manner with the children and explained about the fit to them and me. We had our eight year old and twin two year olds with us who all needed shoes so were quite a handful and she was brilliant.

Today we bought two pairs of school shoes for my daughters. As always, excellent choice and quality, all details are thought out to make children comfortable. Consultant Katherine was very attentive and even found the pair that was not in the window at her daughter’s request. Great service and great help, thank you.

Bought a pair of shoes on May 17th in one of Clarks shops in Oxford but realised a week later that one of the soles has open. As my son lives in Didcot, I decided to take the pair of shoes back to Didcot Clarks for a posdible replacement. Member of staff there was very accommodating and helpful. Advised us on what to get and got us the right shoes to the delight of my son. We left the shop feeling very happy and satisfied. Would therefore want to say a BIG THANK YOU TO KATHRINE for a wonderful service. Much appreciation
