Helpful and lovely

Great service - Sinead was really helpful and advised me that the shoes I liked were available in different width fitting which was great as the wide fitting were so comfortable.

Claire was fantastic! She really gave us the time we needed and the extra support my son needed when shoes can feel tight to him.

Joely in the Salisbury branch was so wonderful helping with school shoes for my son. She was really patient and kind when he was struggling and very knowledgeable and helpful with the shoe fitting. Thank you.

My daughter and I were served by Joely at the Salisbury store. She was exceptionally thorough and helpful, bringing out several styles of shoe in different widths and sizes, to determine the best fit. My daughter is 13 and has her own taste in what she would like; Joely was extremely sensitive to this but also helped to steer my daughter towards the shoes that were the best for her. I came away delighted with the service.

Couldn't have been better. Popped in Salisbury branch with 3 year old and Joely helped us. She was out of this world good with little one, talked to him properly and gave him choices over his shoes. She made it really fun and he didn't want to leave without giving her a hug. Joely was a star.

Dear lord! My kids were EVERYWHERE but Millie helped me to get them together, engage with them and helped us to get 3 pairs of shoes :) she is such a sweetheart, she was very patient and understanding. We love clarks

We had a lovely show fitting with Jack in the Salisbury branch. They were so helpful, kind and patient with my 2 and 4 year old. Very little waiting time and organised with so many children getting fitted. I've just dropped a star because there weren't any shoes fitting my son in a 9.5f, but I can get them online.

Such a pleasant experience visiting the Salisbury store with less than a week to go before school starts! Well organised and with wonderful staff who took the time even when rushed off their feet. Jack made our visit so easy and was helpful, knowledgeable and so patient with my nervous pre teen who is starting secondary. I wouldn’t put my kids in any other school shoes but now I don’t think I’ll be visiting any other store either!

We visited the Salisbury store today to get new school shoes. We were served promptly and quickly by Niamh who was very friendly and helpful.

I went to get my toddlers feet measured and Millie was amazing with her! Millie was super accommodating and we tried on so many different shoes until we found the right pair!

Jack in Salisbury gave fantastic service today. Was really friendly to my children and put them at ease, and gave me useful and informative information. Thanks Jack! You made the dreaded shoe shop better!
