Hi Jacqui,
Thank you for your feedback, and we’re truly sorry for the disappointment caused by the delay in your order. As noted in the email we sent on September 29th when your order was placed, the item was unfortunately out of stock at the time. We informed you that it would be shipped via next-day delivery as soon as our stock was replenished. Your order was dispatched promptly upon restocking and delivered on October 7th. While we strive to offer next-day delivery on all in-stock items, we regret any inconvenience caused by the wait for this restock. We’d love the opportunity to make this right, so please reach out to our customer service team so we can assist you further.

Hi Andy,
I sincerely apologise for the delay in your order and for any frustration this has caused.
I understand it’s disappointing to be asked for feedback before receiving your goods. You were sent an automated follow up email which unfortunately was sent with bad timing.
For clarity, your order has just been dispatched and is scheduled to arrive with you tomorrow. You should receive tracking information once it's scanned at the depot.
We regret that we missed the original ETA provided at the time of your order and we're taking steps to prevent this in the future.
If you have any further concerns or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
