I recently used Clean Master Sydney for mattress cleaning services and was very impressed with the results. They were professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable about the process. The team worked efficiently to clean all of our mattresses in record time without sacrificing quality. I can confidently recommend Clean Master Sydney as they did an exceptional job!

STAY AWAY from these crooks. They were quick to respond to an enquiry and quoted a cheap price. When they arrived to do the work they inflated the price and were desperate to have the work done, so we had no choice but to accept. They bullied us to pay immediately, which we stupidly did, even before we had a chance to see the finished job. They damaged the curtains and after many attempts to have them rectify they denied everything. Absolute SHONKS

I recently used Clean Master Sydney for carpet cleaning and it was a great experience. The technician arrived on time, was polite and professional, and did an excellent job. He took the time to explain the process to me before beginning work and even showed me how to take care of my carpets in between cleanings. My carpets have never looked better!

My experience with Marks Duct Cleaning was outstanding. Their technicians were knowledgeable, professional and thorough in their work. My air quality improved significantly after the cleaning and I am very happy with the results.

Please do not use this company. Their web says, best prices, quality work, and if you’re not happy with the work, it’s guaranteed. I should have known something wrong when a website can’t even spell properly.
Trouble getting them here, then on getting quote a promise to come back next day. Didn’t happen. Stupidly, I gave them $120 which was supposed to come off after work done. The web says ‘free quotes’. Also false information. I’ve been given various excuses for them not coming back. Didn’t listen to my bad gut feeling.

Not a good website, after i bought my item, didn’t get any info after 7 days. Then i called them and a man answered my call and he told me that they will assist my product. Now its already 11 days no product came or any email that its on its way. Tried to contact them again but only answering machine. Difficult to contact CleanMaster.dk….. 😡😡😡

This is kind of like a SCAM PEOPLE!!!! SO WARNING BEFORE YOU CLICK TO PURCHAISE ON THIS WEBSITE.

Had my carpets poorly cleaned by Clean Master Sydney, then billed by SK Maintenance and received a receipt for Mark Maintenance Service.

Why would any business do this? Answer, concerned about being reported to Fair Trading for substandard service.

Requested steam cleaning but received what amounted to a carpet washing service that I could have done myself.

Quoted $120-140 on the phone when booking, but upped the price when arriving on site, requested to pay $200 for eco chemicals that were included in the quoted price.

The technician turned up in a 1990s toyota corolla. Alarm bells.

Didn't vacuum the floor first.
Had to provide hot water for the allegedly "steam cleaning unit".
Completed the work in 30minutes, outcome poor.

I can't recommend this shonky operated business to anyone.

Interestingly on Google you can't rate this company. Clean Master Sydney website has bogus ratings from people with names you might know from the media.

Please actively avoid this company.

Don't bother with this company, they will overcharge you for a service and then do a horrible job on it. The cleaner spent 90% of the time on his phone and left a huge mess in the bathroom. There was water on the floor, water on the counters, he clogged up the toilet and left a mess in the shower. He basically left the house messier than it was when he got here.

This is the worst experience ever, do not use. Our carpets are less than 2 years old and we were left with a yellow stain. They came out on a Saturday when they left the carpets were saturated and then once dry we were left with a yellow stain. Made contact on the Monday and then multiply times thereafter with us having to call, text and email with pictures. They are not interested in making anything right and now we have to find someone else to come out to fix the job. Worst customer experience ever, shocking to think a company exists like this in 2021. DO NOT USE EVER.

For disinfecting and deodorizing which should have been part of the quote and was implied that this was included in the quote. SCAM

Horrible scam artists never use these people

When I get such a great cleaning of my sofa here, why should I go anywhere else? I wanted such professional cleaning and I got it.
