I had been considering braces for years and decided to go ahead during lock down. Essentially, I am happy with the finished product and would recommend.

Pros of note: the dental monitoring app meant that I didn't need to come in for lots of appointments, the staff were always really friendly and the clinic hygienic. My teeth look great and the whitening is very good (although after using it 3 days in a row I felt like I was being electrocuted through my teeth so go steady and space it out if you have sensitive teeth!!)

Frustrations: Getting the first appointment and then braces actually in my hand took alot longer than expected - weeks possibly. At my first appointment I was given a couple more braces and several times after my scan I needed to wear the braces for another week/ few days which prolonged my treatment. My retainer scan was accidentally not sent on to be processed and I waited a month before calling to chase this up. So granted some of the delays were my own fault for not being more assertive and poor management of my expectations. There were times where I was confused about the next steps and I occasionally had doubts in my mind about computerised/ automated responses not being personalised to me. Would I have liked more human contact?... Probably yes, however it was also really nice not to waste lots of time at appointments. I never doubted that I could get human contact if I wanted it.

I got the fixed retainers and am waiting on the nighttime retainers.

Great price, professional providers and clean office in a convenient location. Definitely recommend!

Would highly recommend CBD at CSDC. I was told by 2 other providers that Invisalign wouldn't be suitable for what I wanted to achieve. With CBD I now have an even better smile than I imagined. All the staff were great, from front desk to dentistry. Worth every penny!

The whole process was smoother than I could have imagined, the whole team is super professional, communication clear and prompt. I cannot make any recommendations besides; if you’ve made it as far as reading these reviews you should 100% go with CBD for your Invisalign treatment.
The treatment itself is so advanced and makes for a simple process. None of the measurement-taking or fitting causes discomfort. The dentists and support team are excellent at what they do.

Friendly and helpful, the dentists and other staff kept me informed about what to expect throughout the process. The remote monitoring system cut down on unnecessary trips to the office while giving regular feedback. Very pleased with the end result.

Had braces that failed me. Without high hopes found Clear Braces Direct online & simply scheduled my annual check-up & hygienist with them for general maintenance as my dentist is abroad.
Just for curiosity went for the Invisalgn consultation as well as I've already had one with a different company that made it sound difficult to work the correction in my schedule & lifestyle.
After the consultation with Graham Tinkler, who put me at ease answering all my questions, doubts & past time experience with braces, I had the pleasure to meet nearly the entire team of Clear Braces & at none of those times did i feel like without staying with 1 doctor in particular throughout the entire process, have i lost quality of the services received or information presented.

I’m have been happy with my treatment from start to finish. I first decided to go with clear brace direct due to their very positive reviews. My treatment was smooth, a little longer than expected as I needed 2 sets of refinement aligners. I then had some composite bonding on my two front teeth to get the finish that I wanted. My teeth are perfect and I can’t stop looking in the mirror! I would definitely recommend Clear Brace Direct.
