Delivery was prompt and exactly as ordered

Ordered important diabetes testing kit with 3 day delivery. Good deal so was pleased with the price. Payment was taken immediately, but no delivery after the 3 days.
Website says to use whatsapp for quickest response - however 2 days of messaging and no reply (other than to say they'll get back to me in 2 hours). Called to speak to someone, only to be told they're all at dinner!
Called back later and finally got hold of someone that could help. Apparently a national shortage and they don't have any in stock(everywhere else seems ok though!)- Promised me they'd e-mailed to say that, but they hadn't. Offered a refund (which will take 5 days!). So, now I have to spend more money on next day delivery with another seller. Poor show.

Do not trust this company! I placed an urgent order with them on a Thursday and paid extra to have delivery on the Saturday. I received confirmation of my order and the money was taken from my card. Saturday came and went with no delivery or communication. I then had to wait until Monday to speak to someone as their offices are closed over the weekend. I was told that unfortunately their supplier had let them down and the stock was arriving that morning and they would get it to me Tuesday.
I urgently needed the product for Saturday and would have ordered from elsewhere if I had known it was going to be so late. I asked Clear Chemist if they would arrange a same day courier, which they refused to do.
This company does not understand customer service or the importance of the products they are supplying.

I am writing regarding a recent purchase I made from your website — Creed Aventus Eau de Parfum 100ml. I decided to order from Clear Chemist after reading positive reviews about your service and pricing, and I was hopeful that it would be a reliable source for quality fragrances at a competitive price.
However, upon receiving and trying the product, I must express my disappointment. After using it two to three times, I found that the fragrance lacks the authenticity and long-lasting quality I would expect from an original Creed Aventus perfume. Unfortunately, the scent fades unusually quickly and does not match the expected standards of this premium fragrance.
As the product does not meet the quality I anticipated, I would like to kindly request a return and full refund. Please let me know the next steps and your return policy so that I can send the item back as soon as possible.
