Am pissed of like really, I sent a support message and never got a reply. Plus I uploaded my own products and they rejected it for some type of "copyright" when its completely main- I was really sad about this since when I buy its a 5 star but when i want to sell its 1. Am sorry clearly dev but am being honest you need to get a new support team also discord tickets and stuff cause its very slow. Plus it shouldn’t take 24 hrs to review a product. So please update your support system and copyright detection. Thanks you.

Very slow payout & Support
So, After my previous review where I gave 4 Stars and stated that ClearlyDev needs Improvement, With slow website speeds, Slow payout (upto 2 weeks), They replied and said we are working on that... Hate to say it but sadly its got worse. I've been waiting now for over 6 weeks for a payout now, and still not receieved anything, I try reach out for support and got no response either. I see loads of potential in CD, But there needs to be MASSIVE Improvements.

Great Website for Roblox Developer products
I’ve found Clearly Dev super helpful especially for “CSG” cars on Roblox since they can be frustrating to make yourself, customer support was very fast and helpful, (faster than I thought at least)
If I were to leave one piece of feedback, I would probably say that page loading times are a bit slow (which may be my device) but I’ve seen other reviews with this problem so I’m not sure. And maybe the opportunity to put videos showcasing a product.
Thank you Clearly dev for the easy/fast customer support and an amazing website to find amazing help for my Roblox Games.

Ensure that the file you downloaded is an .rbxl (game file) or .rbxm (model file) compatible with Roblox Studio.

Sometimes, models or assets might spawn outside the visible area in the studio. Try zooming out or checking other areas in the workspace.

My file was not for Roblox...
I bought a UI loading screen for Roblox, and when I got the file, it was not a Roblox file, so I could not implement it. I was super unhappy as I payed for this, and now I can't find things I payed for to re download them as well.

Standard but absolutely nothing more
ClearlyDev is a decent website to buy or sell your assets but that’s pretty much the only good thing about the company
Customer support is slow and it can take weeks to actually get an issue resolved (these issues are normally caused by faults in their website). Product withdrawals can take up to 3 weeks but, luckily for me as a European, it normally takes about 2 weeks (far too long)
There’s always an excuse when you bring up long withdrawal times or the poor customer support and there’s never any admittance that things are just slow. A lack of transparency between the company and creators doesn’t help this either
Overall I’d recommend the site but purely because it just does the job. Wouldn’t recommend it for anything more than that

1. For Maps:
- After downloading the map (usually an .rbxl or .rbxm file), open Roblox Studio.
- Go to the File tab and select Open to load the .rbxl map file.
- If it’s an .rbxm file (a model), you can drag and drop it directly into Roblox Studio or import it via Model > Import.
2. For Radios and Name Tags:
- Radios: If you have a radio script or model, you can add it by dragging the .rbxm file into Roblox Studio, then script it to play sounds based on your needs.
- Name Tags: These usually come in the form of a GUI or a script. You can add the name tags by inserting them into the StarterGui or StarterPlayer in Roblox Studio, depending on the setup you’re using.

If I could give lower, I would.
I purchased a product that was labelled on the site as "easy to finish". However , it had barely been started.
Reached out to support to ask about exercising my rights to withdrawal, however was told I signed this away upon purchase. I am still questioning the legality of this and looking into potential legal proceedings. Ombudsman inclusive.
I then asked to process a refund, this message was ignored by your representative who just still tries to tell me "signing away your rights is legal!" - Jeremy 2024
Usually I have had a positive experience with this site, however It is safe to say I wont ever be using it again.
Noticing on here too that the company don't acknowledge negative reviews, only highly positive ones. That needs to change to save your reputation.

Great Staff - Great Platform - Great Experience
I have been using ClearlyDev for my own personal use of Selling Items, and it has been a breeze. Although some Vendors see that the Withdrawals take long, for me they don't, and that's what makes it good.
Compared to other companies, the response time is good, and below what you'd expect for an extremely busy platform - it's still what you'd semi expect from an online business.
If you're looking for a place to sell, this would be the one. There is still other places, obviously, but this one is with less hassle, more profit!

Horrible moderation! I have had multiple products of my STOLEN on this platform and have ben unable to report them. I've also been accused of stealing and reselling products on this platform when I have proof tha I had made them! I would not recommend using this to sell products.
