Unable to download assets.
I have been unable to download my assets I have opened an ticket and emailed them nobody has got back to me on if they fixed it or no updates to say it is being fixed or they have sean it also. They tell you thay they have an 24/7 support team.

Our 24/7 support team takes support emails, 24/7. Meaning you can contact us at any time. Furthermore, I have looked over your email you sent us and it seems this issue has already been resolved and you have access to your download.
Broken Products with no refund
Both Products I’ve purchased where broken and they only gave me a 10€ refund when I spend over 40€ in these products.
I can’t believe that ClearlyDev allows these types of broken products on the market! It didn’t even say it in the product description.
EDIT 1: I did get a partial refund as I've said before, but the product NEVER said that scripts where not working or that there where bugs in the game. ADDITIONALLY, some parts of the product are free models from the toolbox. I am happy to provide you information.

You received a partial refund on your purchased as the product only had a minor issue and 90% of the product was fully functional. You can always reach out to the seller for further assistance with your purchase.

EDIT: clearlydev did explain why they collect the data so I'll increase my score. I'm glad the info is not 100% of the time shared with the sellers.
Requires too much personal information beyond billing details, they collect your Discord, Roblox username, real name and your address all together which could be a huge doxxing scandal just waiting to happen. I usually don't care abt that kind of stuff but this is a Roblox development company, not Amazon or a reputable known company.
