Ivana Mamu was very excellent in her approach to the call. She was conversant without having a judgemental attitude. Ivana Mamu was confident & professional ensuring all issues were handled safely. Therefore, Ivana Mamu was good with coming to an answer to the next steps for the enquiry to be completed. Therefore any previous administrative actions were completed as part of the call.

Mohammed was a brilliant gentleman to talk too. Explained everything in an easy way for me to unload, as I have mental health issues.
