I had received a knock back from my current mortgage provider of 10 years so turned to Cleerly as I was told they had experience of working with Ltd Company Contractors. Cleerly, Second time around
This is the second time i used Cleerly and as a contractor the process can be complex, Cleerly (Specifically William Coe and Jay-Jorja Slack) were fantastic in understanding, researching and offering the best product that suited my needs. They also put in a lot of effort with the lender to explain the complexities and got a mortgage offer over the line in 2-3weeks.

I can’t recommend Cleerly Ltd highly enough! They handled my case so smoothly and professionally. Will was brilliant from start to…
Will was brilliant from start to finish, very reassuring and was confident he could find me the right mortgage to suit my needs. Being a contractor I had previously gone through the process of getting a mortgage in principle only for it to fall through when the lender didn’t understand how my pay was structured.
