FTB smooth experience.…
I wish there was an option for more than five stars! Matthew is amazing, his team who chipped in in his absence were also amazing they never left any queries unresolved. We communicated as if we were old professional acquaintances. For a FTB, and a locum worker, having read several negative experiences of other buyers and their own representatives online, I would say the team Cleerly is the team!

Excellent service
Extremely happy with our remortgage through Will. We have a complex income in oil and gas and are paid in a foreign income which limited our choices. Will was knowledgeable and really patient with us whilst we explored options of possibly moving or remortgaging and everything went through smoothly. Would highly recommend and will return.

Great Service for IT contractors
Cleerly provided a great service with a lot of transparency throughout the process from the initial setup to getting the mortgage.

An overall brilliant experience.
An overall brilliant experience.. from the very first call, Will could not have been more helpful & positive, he assured us that he would do his utmost to help with a positive outcome, which he achieved.
We had, what we thought was, a difficult application due to certain employment contract, but as Will stated, he deals with this in a daily basis.
The constant support, reassurance & communication was outstanding, even down the the fact that we only had 3 days until Will was on leave for a week, things moved very quickly in those 3 days and the application was submitted before he went, resulting in a positive outcome on his return.
I cannot thank Will enough for what he has done for us, making everything so ‘easy’.
I would highly recommend Cleerly’s services to anyone looking for a mortgage, especially a complicated one.

I wish I'd found these guys sooner!
They made getting my mortgage so much quicker and easier. Unfortunately I had already tried going it alone with my regular bank and suffered frustration and knock backs. But when I spoke to Lewis I knew I had found the right team, better late than never!
They helped explain the process, review my documents and helped me along every step of the journey. Ensuring I didn't miss out on my lovely house just because I am a contractor. Worth every penny- I would definitely recommend!

Really positive experience
I had a really positive experience with Cleerly who have helped me and my partner to secure a mortgage offer after struggling with a general broker due to our unusual working situation (a contractor and self employed). Alasdair and Simon took lots of details and it always felt like they understood our situation.
