Clenzy Avis 41

This may be the worst product I’ve ever ordered. Took close to 2 months to receive. It’s basically like putting a flavored pencil in your mouth. NOTHING to inhale. NO visible vapor. Thought maybe the first one was broken. But no. EVERY SINGLE ONE of them the same. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

well shipping takes forever , and updates need to be better. It took me a bit but when It got resolved it was ok
But info needs to be more clear .

Ordered after seeing an ad, really glad I took the time to look up the actual company and didn't order straight from the ad because it looks like that's how many people got scammed with fake copycat products. The order did take a long time to arrive (about month from order date) , but I emailed customer service and they responded within 24 hours and I ended up getting my order the same day they responded. Customer service was super helpful and friendly. Product is packaged nicely and looks exactly like what was advertised. There is a throat hit (though not super strong) and visible vapor so it mimicks a vape fairly well. Flavors are nice. I haven't managed to quit smoking yet but I'm hopeful that it will help!

Regarding my order of the clenzy pieces order 1474.
I didn’t receive the clenzy pieces but received yellow plastic tubes, that are useless
This is obviously a scam. Took my money & did not send the correct items.

I got scammed for 2 boxes fake inhalers and $100. Wrote a email where's my order. Nothing back

Took 8 weeks to arrive. No vapour and no throat hit. Like sucking on a whistle. Came from China. Paid almost $100 Australian dollars. I want a refund or the legitimate product advertised.

Ordered the cleancy cigarette and I keep getting excuse . It has been since the first of March and stil... i wouldn't recommend anybody ordering anything from them ever

Really disappointed. I ordered the clenzy vitamin vape through NUVIERA and got 10 little “things” that looks nothing like what I wanted ! I spent over $100 AUD and haven’t received what I wanted . No response to any of my numerous emails ! I’ve requested a refund or the correct items to be sent . But nothing 🤷‍♀️

I still have not received anything from them. On the site it said it was delivered and it wasn’t. I can’t even get ahold of anyone for a refund!!!!!!

I can't believe I was scammed by a Chinese company called Nuviera. They advertised YOUR product on fb with YOUR ads. I don't like ordering off fb so I immediately searched for your product on Amazon but it wasn't there, so I went back and ordered....3 weeks later I get a shipment confirmation from Nuviera and it's from China. I know its garbage.
I found the real website for you and have placed an order on your actual website. Im so sorry this is happening to you! As a business owner myself im infuriated that your ads are being stolen and a cheap, potentially harmful product is being distributed under your name. Like not only are you losing the business, it makes you look terrible. I hope you are able to stop Nuviera somehow!
Guys, don't buy it from the fb ad! Google clenzy and get from them directly!!!

Ordered this product through a website called Nuviera and received 5 crappy whistles, nothing that remotely resembles what they advertise. So disappointed.

Scam Scam Scam ! Do dont buy ! I received plastic whistles !!!! Not the product advertised, a leaking plastic clear straw filled with a liquid with god knows what inside and a filter, a terrible version of the nicorett inhaler !
I have messaged multiple times with no response, I have request full refund.
It feels like someone played a nasty joke on me for the money spent on this rubbish ! Stop taking advantage of people's money that are trying to regain control over their health.

Can I do a minus 10, the so called vapor stick they advertise was nothing like the crap they sent me, looks like a ti y piece of crappy plastic, smells like mint for an hr or so then nothing, huge scam, I feel so stupid I fell for this, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AND SPREAD THE WORD

I would give zero stars if I could. The product I received is nowhere near the product I ordered. The website advertises a quit smoking aid which looks like cigarette and is claimed to feel similar as well. All were presented as being nicely packaged in a Clenzy branded box. What I actually received were a few cheap plastic inhalers thrown into the kind of generic gift box you would buy at a discount store. No response yet to my refund request. I would recommend caution if contemplating ordering this product. I have since discovered that there are many other similar products out there, but I was so desperate to start trying to quit that I ordered the first thing I found. Don't be like me, do your research first.

I recieved my order finally yesrurday after waiotng 4 weeks for it to come in was very disappointed it is not what I ordered in the picture they advertised for the cost of this product its frustrating enough to want to quit and then this comes in and its nothing like what there advertising want a refund

Advertisement states FDA approval and so I thought it was coming from the US. It is not. After several weeks of waiting I tried to cancel my order, the next day I get a shipping number. I will not be accepting the package and I am again requesting a full refund.

My name is Laurie Brown. I ordered Clenzy 2/22/26. The next day I emailed customer service to cancel my $59.99 order as I did further research on the ingredients and found several that are unhealthy to inhale. I asked for immediate refund and cancelation of order the next day. Nobody has answered my email. There is no phone number. This product is NOT something I want to put in my body...possibly worse than cigarettes. I just want my money back. False advertising.
UPDATE: I received below response from the REAL Clenzy customer service. Turns out that I ordered a 'knock-off' even though the website cleary said I was ordering Clenzy...I was not! It is a company called Nuveira and they are the one's responsible for false advertising. It was through a FB ad. Clenzy worked with me to see if there was anything they could do. I sent them a screenshot of my purchase and the order number was NOT theirs. They were very helpful! Now I will have to dispute transaction through my bank. Please be careful when ordering things via FB ads as many are falsely advertising as if they are he real product, when in fact they are not! Thanks to Clenzy customer service for getting back to me and helping me, much appreciated

Placed an order, no confirmation, no tracking, no movement. Endless emails unanswered. No updates, no refund. Pure scam. Should have read reviews before ordering. Terrible they take advantage of people, this is now the world we live in.

This is not the product I ordered. It doesn’t look anything like your advertisement and it surely is not worth the money I would like a refund. I will send you your worthless product back. It is like a straw, sucking air, not even a strong flavor in the air. Very disappointed please let me know how I can get a refund.

I ordered Jan 26 I received yesterday These fake knock offs with plugs in both ends that dont even work I want a refund was charged 29.99 and 59.97.

I received a reply to reach out for a full refund from clensy however there is no one to reach out to. Do not buy these from the company NUVIERA They don't exists!
