I found Jess whilst looking for a photographer in the Liverpool area to take some photos of my fiancé and I to celebrate our engagement on our favourite beach, Formby. She was amazing from the first message I sent! We had regular contact about the plans and ideas I had right up to meeting for the photoshoot. Jess was so lovely and made myself and my fiancé feel relaxed and comfortable from the start. We had a really good time during the photoshoot and had a good laugh! We received some sneak peeks almost straight afterwards which was amazing, it was late and Jess out so much effort into making sure we had the best time. Less than 48 hours after our photoshoot we received our full gallery. Oh my goodness… they are just incredible…!!! We are over the moon with the photos, they are gorgeous. Thank you so much CleoCapture (Jess) you’ve been fabulous!! Would really recommend Jess to anyone wanting a photographer in the Liverpool area. Will definitely be in contact to rebook for my partners graduation! 💗💗💗

I opted for the Christmas experience but have been left without usable images after the photographer gave my children chocolate oreos as I was changing my top in another room. When I came back in my children were already covered in chocolate and I kept trying to wipe it off them but the photographer kept reassuring me that she would edit all of the chocolate of them. After the shoot I was sent 1 single image of just 1 of my children which is all fairness was a nice, clean photo. I then paid the rest and was sent the remaining images of which are unusable, the children have chocolate on their faces, in their teeth and the pictures look awful. All I want is my money back but the photographer is ignoring my request. We did agree to reshoot but it has not gone to plan and the photographer has left me feeling really uncomfortable and awkward around the whole thing! I have explained several times that I just want a refund as I am not happy with the pictures and now wouldn't be happy bringing my children to her. I did try to claim my money back but PayPal have advised I have no claim back rights as a business has got me to pay Friends and Family, so I should go to citizens advice over this. To he honest it is ridiculous it has come to this and I am disappointed in Cleocapture as a company, all they had to do was realise they have messed up by ruining my children's Christmas photos and refund me. Disgusting service and I 100% would avoid in the future.

I had the pleasure of having Jessica come to my home and take sibling pictures. Very professional, made my children feel comfortable which wasn't always easy as I have a new born and an 11 year old. Reasonably priced. So happy with the end result. The photos are beautiful. Would highly recommend
