Do not order, terrible experience

Order placed on 29th October, 2 months later it's still not sorted.
The order was placed for an advertised in stock item. It took 5 days to be acknowledged and then I was told the item wasn't in stock. I was offered a small discount for the delay. The item was then reduced to less than my original order with discount so I also raised this also. The item was further delayed as was shipped from china and delivery was arranged for 12th Dec. There was no communication around delivery dates and I was unable to change the delivery date as a text was received that there would be an extra charge if I wasn't home to received the item. So I also had to book a day off work. The item arrived 44 days after ordering and was significantly damaged. I was offered a very small discount and an email agreeing the damage was missed paint and wood shrinkage. Currently I've rejected the £30 discount for a damaged shelf and an unpainted item. Absolutely disgraceful way to treat customers, please save yourself wasted time and money as the furniture is not fit for purpose and the customer experience appauling.

beware

Bunk beds delivered minus fixings and instructions , they emailed instructions and sent fixings the next day . Unfortunately when we came to build the beds we are missing many items , we do have duplicates of other items though !!

They are not responding to emails , nor answering phones , and despite asking the caller to leave a message , there i no facility to do so . They appear to be still taking orders , beware

Excellent service

Recently bought a Steens Mid-sleeper package. Theirs was the best price I could find after much research. I decided to return one of the package items. The support team dealt with my emails very promptly and were most helpful. Rarely these days do you get such professional customer service. I would most certainly use them again.

transport company used are terrible

I had a terrible experience with the distribution company. 2 men delivered our order of several boxes, manhandling 1 box per man (when 2 were needed) up the stairs knocking into the paintwork and knocking a picture off the wall. Then we noticed as they had finished that there were small rust like stains on our brand new bedroom carpet. They refused to accept this was them, even though no protective shoe coverings were worn by them. I just got abuse from one of them when I said I would report to cleverclicker.
When I did report to cleverclicker, I was told that as we didn't sign the delivery note to say there was damage to the carpet they would not be held responsible. Do Not use this company.

I am happy with the product and it is exactly as described. There was a very good communication service from the company and every time e-mails were answered quickly. We received great help from the company. Thank you very much.

Awful delivery service

Found a great product at a great price, after 2 weeks of random texts from their delivery company domestic distribution which ask you to reply to but fails every time, and no one ever there to speak to, i had to cancel the order. You cannot speak to someone to arrange delivery, they just fire random dates at you and expect you to accept it. Will never use company again

Great customer service!

We bought the Steens midsleeper from CleverClicker because it was the cheapest out there. When the delivered the boxes, we only noticed too late they had delivered the same box twice. The next day we contacted the customer service and they were very helpful. We sent them photos of the stickers on the boxes and then arranged for the box to be swapped 2 days later. So although they initially delivered wrongly (mistakes are only human), they dealt with the problem correct and swiftly.

I have built the bed yesterday and my 3 year old first reaction when he walked into his room was "I like that!". Job done.

Excellent comms, professional service, cheap prices. Spot on!

I'm always a bit dubious with companies I've never bought from before without many reviews, but decided I'd give cleverclicker a shot.

Bought 2 bedside tables, manufactured / delivered from Ireland. Turnaround on website was 2 to 5 weeks. Furniture arrived with great communication all the way through the process in just over 2 weeks. Great packaging, delivered to the door with a text and 2 phone calls leading up to it.

An excellent company, great communication, fast service, cheap prices. :) Would definately use again.

An excellent, communicative and friendly service

I recently purchased a bed for my 8 year old son from CleverClicker. The website is intuitive and easy to navigate with good specification details and useful information. Having found the same product slightly cheaper with a different e-seller I tested out their 'price-match service'. They quickly agreed and provided a discount code to use at the checkout.
There was excellent email communication throughout the purchase while I checked stock of the bed and accessories. They had a much better lead-time on delivery than anyone else selling this product. We did experience some problems with their delivery courier but CleverClicker, full of apologies worked to ensure it was all resolved quickly. I understand that they no longer use this company
All in all an excellent, communicative and friendly service.

Totally unreliable.

Hopeless customer service. Website said the bed would arrive within 7-10 days, it took 8 emails and 4 weeks to arrive, then it arrived without the mattress that I had already paid for. Hopeless. Won't ever consider using them again.

After having a really bad time with another website and had to cancel my order, I was so pleased to deal with this company. They were so helpful and a pleasure to deal with and everything went smoothly from ordering to delivery to excellent products.

Good value for money.

I regularly keep coming back to Clever click because of the quality and the value of the products sold on their website. Every time I look for furniture products on Google, they always come up the cheapest in the country, and I believe their customer service goes beyond anything I've seen from any internet retailer! Very much recommended.
