From the beginning of interactions to the finished product I was blown away. Craig who rang me about my query for under stairs storage was helpful and empathetic and didn’t ’hard sell’ at all, instead really listening to my needs and requirements and helping to advise me. The people who booked my survey and the fitting were efficient and precise. The surveyor was communicative and incredibly thorough and precise in ensuring the measurements and product would be perfect. He was great with my dog and very friendly and didn’t rush despite it being the end of the day and horrendous traffic. Lewis the fitter arrived on time and was a really affable chap to have in the house, taking my toddler, dog, chaotic house (having recently moved in) and handyman all in his stride. Really kind and lovely. He was quick and had great attention to detail, made little to no mess (and cleared up any bits of wood dust etc) and was also really careful with my floors and where he prepared the product given it was raining. All of them deserve five star plus reviews and I love my final product and just wish you did a wider selection for all my other tricky areas in the house! Huge thanks guys!

All fitted in less than a day! Very pleased with the end result. Jason who fitted the units was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. Neat and tidy worker too. All great!

Generally a very good experience. Everyone did their own bit really well; Jonny the sales guy was very helpful, Neil the surveyor was very nice to deal with and very professional, Daniel the fitter was outstanding and did a fantastic job, the product looks great.

The overall operation felt rather disjointed - installation date was booked before they could get a surveyor out, which they didn't seem to realise until I pointed it out, the installer wasn't told the materials weren't being delivered directly to us (luckily he had the foresight to bring stuff with him just in case), we got sent the payment link before anyone asked if we were even happy with the job - just felt like everyone was doing their best to make it work, rather than a well-oiled machine.

They also didn't do much to finish off the inside of the cupboard. I don't blame the fitter for that, he was there all day and couldn't have done more, I just feel like that's just not part of what they do.

Either way, 4/5 as the end product is great and everyone was a pleasure to deal with.

David turned up at the time promised and got on with building my clever closet he was polite extremely funny and grateful for his cups of tea I made him. He finished earlier than he estimated and did a fantastic job. He went above and beyond to make us happy. And he cleared up and made my hallway as clean as when he started. Very disappointing customer service and last-minute cancellation

CleverCloset cancelled my 8 am installation on the same morning due to a technical issue with their van, despite me taking time off work specifically for this appointment.

All they offered was an apology, with no meaningful alternative or acknowledgement of the inconvenience. Rebooking isn’t easy, as I can’t accommodate installation for next 2 weeks .

Unexpected issues happen, but customers’ time and commitments should be respected. Very disappointing customer service and lack of accountability.

We’re absolutely delighted with our new storage from Clever Closet that we had fitted today (14/10/2026)

Our fitter, Ian Williams, was brilliant from start to finish. He messaged the evening before to arrange a convenient time for the following morning and arrived as planned.

Ian was extremely polite, friendly and efficient, and made sure everything was left spotless once the work was completed.

Really pleased with both the quality of the storage and the excellent service we received. Would definitely recommend Clever Closet, especially Ian!

We are really happy with our 6 draw under stairs storage. The carpenter "Charlie" was super nice throughout and has done an amazing job. My only slight gripe is we ordered online, I then received a call explaining the process and booking in a measurement. I was told the engineer who came to measure would have a sample of the materials used, however he did not. So we were totally blind on what the finished product would look like.

I had my drawers fitted today. I'm super happy with the look, quality and functionality of the units. The fitter, Richard was very friendly, he contacted me the day before to arrange arrival time working round my school run. He arrived on time and got the job done real quick, Also, he left the hallway tider than it was before he started. 10 out of 10 service!

We had David Franks come install our cupboards and drawers today for job 109289. He did a fantastic job and it looks very smart and sleek. Excellent customer service from clever closet from start to finish and very quick from initial quote to installation. Definitely recommend!

From the moment Ian Williams arrived I felt in good hands. He worked meticulously, paying attention to the details I required. On top of that he left the place as clean and tidy. The finished job is faultless and we are very pleased with the workmanship. I would definitely recommend this service to others.

An excellent fit out under our stairs by Eduardo (Acc No 109353). He did a fabulous job and was a clean and tidy worker, putting protection down on our hallway floor. Clever Closet were excellent in their customer service, kept us informed all the way through from booking to completion. I would highly recommend.
