Suction not as advertised
Suction not as advertised. All these reviews are about the ease of purchasing on their website. I don't know, maybe I missed the ones on performance.
I'm trying to return mine because the suction is not sufficient for my carpeting and I have a cat. Good for quick pick up on hard floors but will not get down into the carpeting and that's where the dirt damages the carpet fibers.
Now having difficulty because they can't find an order connected to email I used to purchase the vacuum!

Experience was easy and quick but there is a strange fault on the ordering page that wont allow the Post Code entered properly on my iPhone. Tho it works fine on my iPad.
Careful tho, if you keep pressing the Complete Purchase button you will end up oredering Insurance, spray, spare pads etc. Every page needs the No Thanks button pressing every time!

Schnell bestellt und bezahlt, nach Lieferung die Enttäuschung: Keine Betriebsanleitung in deutscher Sprache- ärgerlich, da so nicht für mich nutzbar.
Wer in und nach Deutschland verkauft mit deutschem Internetauftritt , für den sollte das selbstverständlich sein. Kundendienst??? Keine Kontaktaufnahme möglich.
Die versprochenen extra 8 Reinigungspads fehlen ebenfalls!
