I ordered from them and never received so much as a tracking number. Reached out to their customer service and received an AI generated response (that confirmed my order had not been shipped and was missing information). I replied on to that email as instructed and received no response. For such a costly product, they need to put more money into their customer service.

Impossible to cancel subscriptions. No phone number to call, no way to communicate with anyone other than via email which does not seem to get returned. Save your money.

I love all of Clevr's blends, but my absolute favorites are Sleeptime Latte and Rose Cocoa. Besides the flavor I love the quality and variety of healthy ingredients and how freaking easy is is to add them do my everyday life. I don't drink coffee anymore and Clevr has made some amazing replacements for my tasty morning drink, as well as my nighttime sleep aid! The Sleeptime latte works better and faster than all of my other sleep supplements combined. The customer service is great, they have made it super easy to subscribe monthly and anytime I've needed to change my order its been super easy. Lastly, I love the authenticity of the company and their origin story.

I've been drinking Clevr blends for a few years now. I love their products!! They taste delicious and they make me feel great. They've been an awesome alternative to stronger caffeine drinks that make me crash. They are more affordable than my local coffee shop. It's quick and convenient. They have excellent values as a company - quality ingredients and meaningful social impact efforts. Their customer service has been super on it the couple of times I've had questions. They come out with fun new seasonal flavors that I feel excited to try. I can't say enough about how much I love this company and their products.

My package didn’t arrive. I reached out to customer service and they replied right away to let me know the package had some issue in transit. They sent me a replacement right away. Very kind.

I have found their customer service to be prompt and very helpful. Their staple flavors as well as their seasonal and special releases have always been delicious, and make me feel great! I love that their products contain probiotics and adaptogens, which are hard to include and uncommon in a latte otherwise.

Clevr is fantastic, both the products and the team! You can tell the team really cares about what they're making, and it shows in both the flavor and the customer experience. When I input the wrong address on a recent order, their team was both quick to correct the issue and a joy to interact with.

PS try the seasonal flavors before they sell out, they hit it out the park everytime.

Customer services seems to be a dying breed but not at Clevr. While I didn't love the product (I'm not a latte guy but I was so interested to try after learning the founders' background/inspo), the order fulfillment and delivery was super quick, and when I asked for a refund for my $50ish purchase, that whole process was also super smooth and quick. Thank you!

I wanted to like this company and tried to order for Christmas gifts, but the website was insanelypoor with generalised nonsense about talking to your herbalist if you're breastfeeding... and it took ages for all the images to clarify and load. Not sure I needed the Meghan and Oprah guff either - that was a turn off for me, not a bonus. I may try one more time, but if there was somewhere else to get it in the UK I would rather try there. A bit too hippy dippy for the good old UK.
