Despite contacting this "company" at three different email addresses I have found for them, via Facebook and now filled out three contact forms on their website I have never received a single reply with regards to the faulty poster I received. This is now the fourth time I've written a Trust Pilot honest review for the awful service I've received. I will continue to post a review every day until this "company" responds and rectifies this. It's not through malice, it's through a very strong sense of injustice and to ensure others don't get caught out and buy from what is obviously, a very dishonest organisation.

I, like many others, didn't think to find and read independent reviews and sure enough, my Metallica poster arrived...with someone else's personalised photos on it!! I contacted customer services and also completed a contact form on their website - nothing. Decided to follow up my email to another email address I found. I was pretty blunt about how disappointed I was at receiving someone else's personalised poster but also the quality of the frame - flimsy. I didn't expect a reply based on other customers' experience - yet I did! Absolutely no apology given but they did say they'd send a replacement. No friendly wording just "replacement being sent". And to their credit they did. It arrived today (24/7/26) and true to my word, I'm leaving a review to reflect this ratification. Would I buy from them again, no. Their attention to detail is very poor as is the quality for the price they are charging but I am grateful to them acknowledging their mistake and rectifying it even if I didn't get a sorry!

Awful experience. I have bought a Harry Styles personalised poster for a specific night and the setlist and photos are incorrect. I have been trying to get in touch for nearly two weeks, which is the expiry of when you can be refunded and return your order. I have had no response to email, reviews and their instagram account. This is absolutely unacceptable as this product isn’t cheap.

Why oh why didn’t I check TrustPilot before I clicked on the Instagram ad and ordered. My ‘personalised’ Harry Styles prints were supposed to be gifts for the people I went with. They’ve used the wrong photos so not personalised to our night at all. Print quality really poor, I’d have got a better result on my home printer and it’s a pretty rubbish printer. I’ve been emailing every single day since and have heard nothing back. Avoid avoid avoid.
Update: After badgering them every day and commenting on their Instagram adverts, I got an email saying 'I have arranged for an updated replacement to be sent'. They've just arrived and are exactly the same as the originals, so still with some random photos instead of photos from the date we attended. Back to sending daily emails...

If I could give this company 0 stars I would! Totally blanking me now they've had my money!! Shocking company! No response to me or indeed many people saying the same thing! Ordered a Foo Fighters poster for my husband, I got a Lewis Capaldi one!! Shoddy plastic frame with awful marked plastic covering it, terrible quality! Seems they take your money and then never refund you or ever reply to you! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Mail states both delived box only big enough for one picture....

Really bad quality items
I ordered a Metallica poster from their concert at Cardiff, they got the venue wrong and just used the same pictures and writing from all the other posters, very lazy, very unhappy as I thought this was a really nice personalised gift.

Bought poster celebrating Crystal Palace winning UEFA conference league in May which is in the form of a newspaper report. Unfortunately it describes Mark Guehi celebrating and lifting the cup even though he did not take part in the match because he plays for Manchester City having departed Palace in January.

Ordered 2 prints, which i tried to cancel before they had been dispatched, company didn't reply and then saod it was too late because they had been dispatched (they hadn't). I then tried to return them, I have been trying to return them since the 6th of December and not once has anyone replied to my messages. They finally replied this morning to tell me it is too late to return them! I am furious, if they had of responded to my first email then we wouldn't have any of these issues. Just to add, the quality of the prints are SHOCKING!

Avoid at all cost!

Purchased 2 framed A4 prints & got sent the wrong one (not 2) 3 days before Christmas! No response and trying to get my refund. Very disappointed my son won’t get his gift.
