Best Hosting Provider for Australian Business

Recently switching to Clickhost, the customer service was responsive and user-friendly throughout. Then it became clear that we had a major issue relating to our WordPress website, which was unrelated to the migration process. The Clickhost team spent 8 hours rebuilding significant parts of the WordPress core to get it working again - $1,000's in work if completed by a developer. This was web development work well outside the scope of the hosting service we had paid for. Clickhost is unparalleled in the service it provides.

Fast & Intuitive System & the best customer service!

From the moment i switched my hosting to Clickhost it was a massive weight lifted off my shoulders. I hadn't been happy with Bluehost for years and they had become so expensive whilst offering less and less to the point that none of their offerings suited me anymore once my hosting came up for renewal. So i made the leap to Clickhost and am so happy i did.
From the moment i signed up i felt supported with all the processes being easy to follow and intuitive in order to get all my domains, sites and emails migrated over, which they do for free. Adrian is an absolute pleasure to work with, he really does go above and beyond to help you make everything seamless & is very friendly. Since being on Clickhost i've noticed all my emails load faster too.
It feels really good to finally be supported by great customer service again :)

Ridiculously good

Ridiculously good, plain and simple! As an organisational consultant, I am striving to develop excellence in the ways that people engage with their work, customers, each other AND manage themselves effectively to be able to maintain these key outcomes consistently. It is rare, unfortunately, to find characteristics that I have found in Clickhost out in the wider space and DEFINITELY NOT within the webhosting or IT arena as the experiences I have been through with some of the wider-known providers are unprofessional at BEST and highly illegal and jail-worthy at worst.

On the positive side, I have mainly dealt with Adrian Acosta who simply cannot do enough to help you out. Even when there was a stuff up due to a break down in communication (my responsibility) he owned it straight away and remedied it promptly and professionally. If there is ever a problem, they go above and beyond. Something that you will not get with the BlueHosts of the world and an Aussie company worth supporting.

These guys will take over this space, as their customer service, problem solving and hosting platform is just that good. They are literally the market leader and I truly hope they can maintain that WHEN the blow up and scale at the level that their demonstrated professionalism will inevitably bring about.

Take it from someone who has been in…

Take it from someone who has been in the digital marketing space for 20+ years and been disappointed by too many hosts over the years. You won’t find a better Australian web host than Click Host, period.

Been with them for a couple of weeks now and the speed and support has been a breath of fresh air. I just hope this continues over the long term!

I recently joined Clickhost for my VPS, and the experience has been nothing short of excellent.

Dean and Adrian, the dynamic duo behind Clickhost, deserve a shout out for their outstanding support and service.

From the moment I signed up, Dean and Adrian demonstrated a level of professionalism and expertise that set them apart.

Had issues with slow internet and…

Had issues with slow internet and frequent down time with Vo...., and recently website went down for 2 days and the support from Vo... was hopeless. Read the recommendations from Whirlpool and gave Clickhost a try, they were great, helped to move the webhosting in minutes and website back up and running, much faster too. They helped to setup everything in great speed. I highly recommend this company for webhosting.

Amazing Customer Service

Best customer service I've ever seen!
The live chat feature is awesome, there's always someone there who can fix my issue in minutes, and they never get tired of me asking stupid questions as well.
Their servers are quite fast too, which is nice, and the fact that they're a local aussie company is great too:)

Coming back to where it all started..

I used to be with these guys before they sold their services to another company. So glad they are back and in the same business. I've transferred all my domains and services back with them and have never been happier since the move back. Family, that's how they make you feel, a part of their family. Apprehensive -- but the dream team was on hand to help

My client was having ongoing problems with his hosting service and the dev team recommended we change to Click Host. I was apprehensive about doing this as I've never done it before, but thankfully there was a live chat and thankfully the ever-helpful Adrian was on the other end. He politely answered all my embarrassing questions and guided me through the process. Dean also contributed to the migration. Something I was dreading turned out to be seamless and straightforward. Best customer support registering domain names in over 20 years

I am hugely impressed with my customer service (CX) and support experiences at Clickhost (I interacted with two support staff) and the attitude of the CEO, Dean Walsh, with whom I have had significant personal dealings partly due to unusual and complex problems with two registrars. Clickhost is also receptive to feedback on improving their systems and taking action.

This CX experience with Clickhost registering domains has been the best in over 20 years of experience (see later for my background) by a significant margin. Clickhost is world-class in this area. I get the feeling I matter at Clickhost, I am not just a number.

I am based in Australia, and Clickhost is now my go-to place to register Australian domain names.

Clickhost offer free email forwarding (with wildcard/catch-all), free URL forwarding, free DNSSEC, free WHOIS privacy (where permitted) and two-factor authentication for login. Some competitors either don't offer these, or require payment.

My background: a webmaster and domain name owner for over 20 years. I started Internet shopping in 1997 and learned programming in 1981. One of my professional hats is customer experience (CX) consulting and training. I have professional investigations and intelligence experience too.
While not a perfectionist, I focus on high-quality results - as a provider and a customer.

So, I am hard to impress and tend to notice problems easily, even if they are nuanced.

Flawless

Sometimes you forget how well things are working because there are zero issues, and nothing to remind you about how it is functioning. That is my experience with Clickhost after a year.

I moved from VentraIP when they bought out Net Virtue. VentraIP had issues with multiple versions of PHP, abysmal customer service, price hikes and just an all around bad experience.

The move to Clickhost was easy, and SpamExperts on here is the best for zero spam. Haven't had any downtime or any issues (that weren't my doing), and everything has just functioned perfectly.

I had my own issue with MySQL charsets because i was running some extremely old PHP software and Dean was able to fix the issue within 20 minutes. That sort of turn around time is unheard of. And this issue was entirely my problem too, with old software, to be clear. He didn't have to help me but went out of his way to make sure it was working great.

So extremely happy with the service and i would recommend Clickhost to everyone.

Clickhost's Service is the Best

Signed up with Clickhost for email hosting a year ago. I'm only a private individual but Clickhost's support in establishing my hosting was personal and immediate. My accounts have worked without fail since then - until recently when I had a few emails refused by Gmail. Submitted a support ticket on a Sunday and the problem was rectified in 30 minutes. That's what I call service!

I am incredibly impressed with the customer service I have received while considering Clickhost for web hosting, and then signing up. There were many things I needed to clarify and weigh up. My questions were answered quickly, respectfully and informatively.
