I’ve never even heard of this company
I’ve never even heard of this company, let alone used them before, but I wish I’d heard of them years ago!
I’ve had a problem with a Balls jam maker, I’ve made two lots of jam, so a total of 9 jars and I’ve had to bin the whole lot.
So last night, quite late at night, I emailed Clikk to explain what was happening, got up this morning and there was a really helpful reply. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a prompt response. I replied to their email this morning and within the hour I had another reply!!!
Clikk are definately going to the top of my ‘go to first’ list of web sites to use in the future.
So give them a go, I bet you won’t be disappointed.

Goods were missing from the item. No response to mt correspondence when trying to resolve the issue. Found the whole experience very unhelpful. Avoid if possible

Very satisfied with the seller and product.
Whilst the purchase and delivery did go very smoothly, more advice to the buyer would be something to consider. Prompt confirmation that the order had been received, and also that payment had been accepted, would quell any worries that it was not a genuine purchase.
