I’m really impressed with the service I received. Had some questions before purchase and received some helpful honest answers quickly. Product arrived quickly and has been running ever since. Great job, it’s nice to deal with a company that knows their stuff.

I’ve had problems with condensation and mould for years. Tried lots of things but never got rid of it completely. Saw Climate Dry online and thought I’d give their dehumidifier a go. I’m pleased to say it works as advertised! The on site advice is also really useful for non tech savy people like me.

We are a small workshop and needed something dependable to work in damp, cold conditions. Purchased a heater and fan unit from Climate Dry and it has been excellent. Obviously built to last rather than the cheaper alternatives you find that fail after 6 months…

Good experience all the way from initial enquiry to delivery. Called because I wanted some advice. Actually spoke to someone who could advise me rather than out sell me (trust me, that is a rarity these days!) They advised me on what I needed to dry out a leak we were having in our utility room. It works a treat. Plus they were quick to deliver

I didn’t realise how humid our garage was until Climate Dry sent us a dehumidifier. Within two days I could see the difference. It got rid of the damp smell and just feels… dry! Also, rather than push the most expensive model, the guys helped me pick something that suited.

Website checkout is not secure. It could be hacked or a scam? Beware!

My order hasn't arrived and I paid extra money for fast shipping. I called the number on the website for help but it goes to a tool hire company in Liverpool who have no idea who climate dry are. Have I been scammed?

Received my aircon today, just 2 days after I ordered it. Easy to set up and works brilliantly.
The sales team is easy to deal with on the phone, and I placed my order via the website. highly recommended. James D

Scam website! They claim products are 'in stock' but they don't have any stock holding and are in fact a dropship business.

I am not against dropshipping, but at least be honest that:
1. You don't have the stock
2. You don't know the stock levels the manufacturers have

You wasted my time letting me order something that you claimed was in stock but wasn't. I spoke to the manufacturer who said the dehumidifier hadn't been unavailable for 6 months, and that it wasn't the first complaint they had received about Climate Dry and it's sister website, National Heater Shops.

The company behind these websites is Trade Gear Ltd who have multiple websites selling a range of products, all claiming to be 'in stock', but are in fact scam websites.

Do yourself a favour and order direct with the manufacturer, or at least check the stock levels with them first.

As a side note, the company I did buy from in the end had a few units in stock and were cheaper! Price wasn't my main driver, as I was dealing with a damp issue after a pipe burst, I needed fast delivery from someone in stock.

The staff were very helpful advising on the product Woods MDK11 Dehumidifier and explaining whether it would be suitable or not. I'm glad I bought is as the humidifier is doing a great job. Would recommend the product and the company.
