Clingman Avis 7

The item never arrived. When I contacted them, they refused to send another or refund my money. They say the delivery was refused which it was not. I was never provided with any update indicating that the item failed to deliver; all tracking I was provided indicated that the item had not her shipped. They suggested that I provided an incorrect address which I did not. They have my money and know that I did not get what I paid for and refuse to either refund me or send another item. They are thieves. The items ship directly from China and they accept zero responsibility when things go wrong.

No product shipped after 2 weeks. Customer support not responding. Probably a scam shop, so AVOID.

I ordered the Clingman Crush which took around a month before I even received an update. I ordered it to the place of work which has security guards / cameras at the delivery section. I then received an email out of no where saying it was delivered which i can confirm it definitely was not due to cameras etc. I then contacted Clingman who in laymans terms said its got nothing to do with them and i need to contact the delivery company, which is based in East Asia and the website is in an East Asian language which also made it 100 times harder. By the end of it i had to go through my bank to get my money back as Clingman were 0 help. AVOID!!

I received an empty box instead of the item I purchased. I informed customer service (Chase Clingman) and I was told to send a video of the empty box. I sent him his video request only to be told that the box was not empty. Chase then refused to send me the item I purchased or a refund. Accountability should be the tenet of any reputable corporation. I suppose Clingman Fitness doesn’t ascribe to this principle. Very disappointing.

Here’s the thing. I want to love this product (the push-up board), but I don’t. I feel like the material is unsafe to use and is very cheaply made. It also feels super unstable when I am using it, making it easier to just do normal pushups on the floor. Secondly, when I send an email to return it, they gave me an address to return to China. I feel like it is a sight scam to do that. I’ll be happy if I get a refund.

Scam. Claimed to have attempted delivery. No notifications, no emails. After I followed up, they said the item was not collected in time and returned to sender and there was nothing they could do. They literally recieved the product back and want to keep my money. Doubt it was ever sent to begin with. Don’t waste your time or money.

Trying to not laugh at your response. You CAN provide a refund or resend the item (due to the issues caused by the delivery company you pick to send a product) but you DECIDE not to. This is the true reflection of how you value your customers.

BUYERS BEWARE

Purchased their push up board and I’m extremely unhappy with the quality of this product, as well as the “customer service” of this company.

This product is so poorly made and so cheap, so I contacted them for a return label to get a full refund within the 30 days.

The web site states, “We’ll give you your money back! (Yes, even if you’ve been using it for weeks.) All Clingman Fitness Products come with a 100% satisfaction money-back guarantee for 30 days – if it doesn’t work for you, send it back & we’ll refund you in full.”

After several email attempts- they finally get back to me and tell me to ship it back to CHINA where it was manufactured!!
Yes….CHINA!!
Where the cost to the customer would be 3x the amount I paid!

The web site also clearly states: “Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.”

But yet this is the answer they gave me and now will not answer their phone or return my follow up emails?

Save your money- do not purchase their products unless you want to get scammed from some start up Instagram company who buys their products and drop ships them from China & makes their customers pay the hefty return fees.
