Pre-Enrollment Concerns
The better business Bureau says Clinical Marketer maybe out of business because of 1 or 2 reasons
(1) the phone numbers on file are disconnected; the website is down or mail sent to their address returned as undeliverable. We know their phones work, the web site is running, and their address is good.
(2) Hence, the most likely explanation is that the Bureau attempted to contact them regarding a complaint or data and received zero response over a prolonged period.

Course content is not available without a financial commitment.
There is no syllabus, course objectives, expected timeline for course completion, etc. They cannot offer a marketing program on an accredited educational institution for lack of transparency. They cannot offer CEUs.

I was promised that a 3-hour weekly investment would yield a $20K profit increase in 3 or 4 months. However, I had to add 10 to 16 hours of work to my busy schedule to try to keep up with their program and at the end the program was not worth it.

They offer a misleading refund guarantee.
The 30-day refund is unrealistic:
1. You must spend $1k on ads before they teach how to post Facebook ads,
2. You are required to attend weekly meetings with your accountability coach, but the coaches can only meet with you bi-weekly
3. You are expected to complete a lead tracking form daily for 30 days to monitor how potential lead clients may convert to patients, before you can even learn to make Facebook ads to generate leads

Promised 90-day $20k Profit Guarantee
They charge $6k–$8k for a 90-day marketing program and promise you’ll earn most of it back quickly, but if you don’t, there’s no refund.
The required $1k in Facebook ads isn’t included, so you’re investing at least $10k in 3 months.
After 90 days, they may add a $200 monthly fee for the website they teach you to use. It may take months and more ad spending to reach the promised $20k.
You may run the same ads on your own using Facebook’s free training, but they encourage dependence on their platform so they can keep collecting the $200 monthly fee.

Questionable Health Care Ethics
Principle 2 (Patient’s Best Interest) & 4 (Integrity in Relationships)
Participants are taught not to tell patients about the upfront cost of their services and to avoid discussing health insurance coverage until the patient comes for an evaluation. The patient should not have to drive to find out if he can afford a visit or his insurance is accepted.
Participants are told to say they’ll provide a superbill to their patients that may allow reimbursement for cash pay services, regardless of whether the patient has out-of-network benefits or have already met their out-of-network deductible.
Therapists have an oath not to place their financial interest before the patient's well-being.

Principle 4 (Integrity in Relationships)
In my one-on-one meetings with my accountability coach, I was encouraged to market myself as the top clinician in my area. I was told to call myself a shoulder expert in shoulder ads and a lumbar expert in sciatica ads, despite certification, residence or fellowship training, she did not care whether I was an expert or not. Teaching someone to portray himself as expert without formal credentials raised ethical concerns — I do not believe a general physician would typically call him/herself a shoulder expert without the orthopedic training. The APTA has credentialing for experts.

Law Awareness for Cash Pay, Self-Pay, or Uninsured
The Federal "No Surprises Act"
If the patient schedules his or her appointment at least 3 business days ahead of time, the clinician must send the patient a written Good Faith Estimate for the evaluation and possible treatments.

Violation of Health Insurance Contracts
When a clinician is in-network with a health insurance and treating patients with benefits, this clinician cannot charge cash for covered services. Insurers prohibit this unless services are not medically necessary.

Final Thoughts
The Cash Pay program may be helpful for someone launching a new cash-pay clinic and who has 10–20 free hours each week to dedicate to it. However, enrolling me despite knowing I already operated a busy insurance-based clinic felt unethical.
The program is also very expensive, and comparable Facebook marketing skills can be learned directly from Meta Marketing Pros at a far lower cost. Their “experts” are not providing anything superior to what Meta already offers for free or at low cost.
Their refund criteria is designed so someone cannot fulfill it. Additionally, none of the 11 course modules address the ethical or legal issues involved in cash-pay practice - topics that are essential - since misunderstanding these laws can expose a clinician to lawsuits or even professional discipline.

I loved it!

Wow, with zero marketing background- the 5 day challenge was amazing! I'm new in my practice and was hesitant to put money into ads, not understanding how they work. The education they provide is incredible. These are sincere healthcare professionals who have walked the walk and are now teaching others to have success with ads. My team and I have learned how to create ads, as well as systems to turn these cold leads into clients. As with all things that are worthwhile it’s never easy but the entire Clinical Marketer team has been amazing to work with and very generous with their time and talents. I highly recommend them for your lead strategy.

High Quality Lead Generation

Clinical Marketer is the way to go if you want to start a cash practice. I wish I had done it from the start

Joining Clinical Marketer was one of the best business decisions I’ve made for my cash-based physical therapy clinic. Within a short time, I doubled my revenue. That wasn’t luck—it was the result of a clean, proven system that Clinical Marketer has dialed in.

Best choice I have made besides marrying my wife

The best thing about Clinical Marketer…

The best thing about Clinical Marketer is that they don't just do your marketing for you - they help set you up with a repeatable system that you can implement on your own. They teach you the process while giving you the resources of a CRM to manage everything with your digital marketing from start to finish. You are able to learn to do your own marketing and build out your own systems and processes specific to your clinic. The trainings and the overall framework of the program make it easy to follow and progress. I highly recommend for anyone that wants systematic processes in place while having the control to tailor things to you and your practice.

Clinical Marketer: Tremendous Support and Great Value

Sheila is my accountability coach—she’s great. Max, Jordan, and the rest of the crew are approachable and accesible. In the time I’ve been with CM Hub, they’ve helped me tremendously. I’d be closing my business without their support. I’ve learned a lot in 9 months, and still have a ways to go, but with their Booked program I am making steady progress week after week. 10/10 would recommend

Tldr: Do not hesitate to work with this team. The education and coaching pair extremely well, and is built to fit within an already busy schedule. I should have started earlier.

Long Form: As a new grad, I opened my cash practice without much business (or even clinical) experience. Luckily, I was already established within a strong local fitness community, and was able to fill up my part-time case load. This past July I took the leap of faith and decided to go full time into my practice. Up to this point, I came across countless cash PT mentoring programs (and targeted ads), but never felt like the time was right to join. I created countless excuses, but was mostly embarrassed someone would dissect my poor business and marketing habits/organization, and I wanted to prove that I could grow and scale on my own (spoiler: I was wrong lol).

I have been working with clinical marketer for about 6 weeks, and the results already speak for themselves. The goal is to not only create marketing strategies to bring in new leads and sell record packages, but to cultivate personal and interpersonal skills to walk-the-walk. November was my first $10k+ month (an all time record), and was achieved before launching any new ads. This growth was due to my increased confidence and perceived value of care, brought by new sales and and language specific skills.

My new perspectives and possibilities alone make this program and team valuable.

First time solo PT, so glad I signed up!

I am opening a solo PT practice for the first time. Since I’m used to working in a clinic with a whole administrative staff, I have ZERO idea how to run a business or get patients in my door. This course is teaching me everything I could have imagined needing and more. It’s put me on the fast track to building not just my clientele but my confidence in my ability to give this business a go. The whole support system is bar none. It may feel like an incredibly scary investment up front but you immediately get a return on your investment.
