I felt valued and important. From the minute I entered the practice it was almost as if I was the only person to be seen. The receptionist, technician and Professor were all extremely considerate and tolerant , respecting my needs.

I made my first visit to see mrs olver a few mths ago for a consultation I had previously had filler in the under eye area and was recommended her by another doctor as I wanted to have blephopasty done so had to have the filler removed I travelled from Ireland to see her twice once for consultation and second time for treatment to reduce the under eye swelling before I could have any surgery.. she done a great job and they look a lot better now the clinic is beautiful so clean and bright and the staff girls at reception were so nice and always got back to me straight away when messaging .. mrs olver is so lovely she made a plan and she organised an mri for me I’m glad I traveled to see this doctor as it was worth it I was in safe hands .. 100% recommend mrs olver ..

I needed a second opinion on a medical condition. Laura Crawley came highly recommended and I was not disappointed. Everyone at the clinic were helpful and polite. Best was the personal attention Laura Crawley gave me. She took the time to explain treatments and what the options are. I am so thankful.

Had appointment with Miss Jane Oliver on 12/7/2023.Having had upper eyelid surgery at another hospital with another surgeon I was not pleased with my results felt had been left with eye webbing. My consultant who performed the operation was not interested in my concerns so had to find someone that could give me an expert opinion. Miss Jane Oliver was excellent she took on my concerns examined my eyes and reassured me that if in a year after my surgery things had not rectified themselves, once I had been through the healing process, she would be willing to see me again to correct them. The advise and reassurance she gave me was enough to give me peace of mind that if need be something can be done. Jane was very friendly and came across very confident that she knew exactly what she was talking about. Hopefully I do not need to have the surgery next year but if I do I would feel very confident in her hands. Thank you Mrs J. Gutteridge

Nice experience. I visited this facility twice and never had to wait for longer. Staff was helpful and polite.

I wrote review on the other time about my blepharoplasty with Dr Jane.I went to clinic another day.but I find that due to the lower eye lid skin been cut lots ,so it show that more white sclera on my right eye.
I am in very depressed stage for my whole journey with surgery.

My experience with Clinica at Harley Street was excellent, the staff were courteous and friendly.
The consultant Ms Naz Raoof was really the best, she was kind and explained everything regarding my problematic eye condition. I have rarely had such excellent treatment and she should be highly commended.
The orthoptist was professional and thorough.

It was stressful having to go to Londondon for a consultation but the consultant, orthoptists, and staff made it a worthwhile experience
