I had a labioplasty two weeks ago, and from the very first consultation I had a very good feeling. Both the expertise and excellent reputation of the clinic, as well as the care provided by Dr. Beatriz Ruiz de Gauna Vives, gave me a great sense of confidence.

I especially appreciated the full support throughout the entire process from the patient coordinator, Kristina Zivkovic. I never felt alone, and my nervousness was significantly reduced thanks to the warm and friendly conversations with her. It felt as if a friend was accompanying me.

I am now two weeks into the recovery phase and have not experienced any complications. The contact with both the doctor and the coordinator is always available whenever I need it, which makes me feel very safe.

Unfortunately, I won’t be able to fully evaluate the final result for a few more months, but from what I can see so far, I am very satisfied and would choose Clínica Planas again at any time.

Sé da de alta a un paciente en la Clínica Planas de Palma de Mallorca( Dra. Carolina Quintero ), sin estar recuperado de infección vírica, sin realizar las pruebas pertinentes y sin recetar ninguna medicación.
El mismo al día siguiente de esta alta, ha de ser hospitalizado de nuevo en otra clínica por seguir con infección, muy mala profesional,poniendo en riesgo la vida de un paciente.

Avoid this clinic because it does not respect your time. It is not customer focussed. The administration staff are also very badly trained - they do not try to offer solutions to problems, they actually create more. I took the day off work and travelled 2.5 hours to the clinic only to be told they had no appointment scheduled. I showed them the confirmation email but the doctor was abroad. Then I had to drive another 2.5 hours home. I reached out to the practice manager with a complaint but they didn't bother to respond, instead they put my back to the useless admin staff. I will not be returning because I've lost confidence in people who, depending on the treatment I want, could hold my life in their hands.

La técnica es rápida, indolora y súper cómoda. Lo mejor es que no necesitas anestesia general, o sea que básicamente es como tomarte una siesta corta, ¡y listo! 😴💖
Todo dura como media hora, el personal es un amor, súper amable y atento, y te hace sentir tranquila todo el tiempo.
Yo volví a casa en solo una hora y estoy perfectamente bien, sin molestias ni nada.
De verdad, la clínica es la mejor, y si estaban dudando… 100% recomendable 🌸✨
