The staff were very supportive and explained everything before starting.
After 57 years I was doubtful I would ever overcome my issues. The sessions were incredible, liberating my mind and emotions. Before and after each session I talked with a therapist. He worked with me to understand what is happening and create a strategy to help me progress. The fourth session was the key and I found the answers I was looking for.
After that session I was not the same person and my therapist helped me with techniques to keep me on the right track. I thought this would never come, but it has. I feel free and relaxed for the first time in my life.
