Worst company to deal with. They renewed 4 licenses that I had inactive and would not refund after being a customer for over 10 years. Stay away from this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What made this transition easier was…
What made this transition easier was Jess' approach. She guided us through the process and because we were wary, we decided to take three months to complete the transition. It took us longer than that and Jess was patient, assistive and good humored throughout! She is a fine example of someone whom a company can put on the frontline as an exceptional representative. I like that the software is user-friendly, but there are a few kinks to work out
I like that the software is user-friendly and helpful in storing all necessary data for client management. My only issue is with formatting notes and calendar descriptions, as in there is a lack of formatting options for notes, and calendar details/descriptions lose their spacing and formatting after saving the event on the calendar.
Horrible experience
Horrible experience. After trying my best to use the Clio platform for about a month, it just was not working for me. It could not do what I needed it to do. When I cancelled the service, they refused to refund any of my money. Clio has kept a year’s worth of my money ($4,300.00) for a 4 week trial usage. I’ve been requesting a refund, even just a pro-rated partial refund, for 5 months now. Crickets! They won’t even respond to my emails. I actually think they blocked me. That’s what I would call the worst customer service I have ever had - ever! If you are thinking about buying Clio, my only advise to you is make sure you 100% love it before you pay penny.

Great Company Tool
Clio is a very easy method of tracking time entry and communicating with staff members. It also allows you to seek valuable information about client details.
Clio is ok.
My overall feeling has been that Clio is better than the competition but still misses the mark on what I'm looking for to run a law firm. The application is always under repair and is clumsy to use. The mail storage system takes too long to file emails away. The document system doesn't work well with DB and we have constant issues. Any time I've made suggestions on how to make Clio better, I get a quick response that my feedback has been heard, but then nothing ever happens. If I were a potential customer, I'd think long and hard about Clio because once you are in, it's hard to switch.

The process was not as seamless as it was originally presented. The migration took incredibly long and multiple attempts before it was completed. We were forced to buy 365 outlook. I spent numerous hours with Clio support to fix an array of problems with the software and it's integration. It was so bad; we were refunded some of our initial fees.
Well Worth the Money for Clio Complete
While there is a learning curve when customizing Clio to your practice, the benefits of Clio Complete (Grow + Manage) and the included Priority Support are remarkable! The Priority Support has been worth every penny, and now that my setup and customization are nearly done, I’m thrilled with my decision to invest in Clio. I still have some customization to complete, but it’s becoming easier and faster. I love the ability to adapt Clio to my needs. This benefits me as a new attorney without support staff in a new solo practice. I am so glad that Clio helps me maintain a professional image with my clients.
Great Product, wish I got it sooner!
This will very much streamline our practice and seems to be an absolutely great product. We have been using it for about 6 months. Training staff was terrific and customer support is also great.
Improvements? I would pay someone to set up or help set up our firm with all of our contacts, templates (not lawyaw), files, etc. The set up was/is a lot of work.
Also Manage vs Grow, grow has all the settings in one place. Manage seems to ask us to go to settings for some things while going to each "topic" for other things.
Finally, I wish Grow converted more information into Manage when doing a conversion. Maybe I am not doing it correctly but it seems to not carry some information over.
Overall, an awesome product and I'm looking forward to learning how to use it better!

The software is very useful to keep me organized and to track and bill my time. The customer service employees who provide answers over the telephone are very calm, they are not reading from a script, and they are knowledgeable about the software. If they cannot provide a fix, they will take down suggestions for software changes.
