As a consumer, the site is pretty easy to navigate and there’s a wide selection of videos to purchase. The reason for the 2/5 is due to the fact that sometimes, you can buy a clip, it’s in your library, and then POOF. It’s gone. Some clips don’t store to your library so you’re left with rebuying it or losing it forever. It’s worse when a store is gone because even though you owned the video, the store being gone means you lose all access to it. Luckily, you can download them at purchase but if you decide to download your clips later, you run that risk.

Before 2020, Clips4sale had a different owner and was more attentive to customers and content creators.

That's no longer the case.

As a customer, you can get blocked within 5 minutes of making a purchase. Unfortunately, this has happened to me three times.

Therefore, as a customer, you should only buy one video and download it within seconds; otherwise, you're out of luck.

They have a so-called policy, but they don't adhere to it at all.

According to their policy, you have to download a video within 48 hours. However, I've constantly experienced videos being deleted after 5 minutes, and sometimes after several weeks.

To avoid having to enter credit card details on this site (which could then be misused), you should use clicpcash.com as your payment service. This reduces the risk and is also 5% cheaper.

I've encountered three content creators whose videos were deleted within 24 hours. I contacted one of them and inquired about it. And indeed, Clips4sale deleted all his videos without asking. Today, this content creator is on a different platform.

As a content creator, I would therefore strongly advise against this platform; however, as a customer, I have the option to buy a video and download it within seconds.

Therefore, as a customer, I'm still giving it just under 3 stars.

As a content creator, I wouldn't use this site in 2025/2026; there are other, better options.

Super shady and frustrating

The "Unlock" button is designed in a way that makes it super easy to accidentally click while moving your mouse around. It's a sneaky tactic to trick people into making a mistake. I ended up getting charged immediately after the click, for a video I already bought earlier that day, and there’s no double confirmation before it happens.

When I asked for a refund, they said no and only offered an exchange for another video of equal or less in value, from the same store, which I have no interest in. No refund.
Plus, you can ONLY remove your payment cards by contacting support, and there’s this automatic payment thing turned on by default that you can’t turn off yourself. They make it way too hard to manage your account, just to get more money out of you.
So only go to the site if there's no other alternatives, and immediately go to customer support chat to: (1) remove your card and (2) turn off automatic payment as soon as you can

I am extremely disappointed with Clips4Sale. I purchased a clip (Order #105516763) that was advertised as 3 minutes long but was only 2:15. After I contacted support (Ticket #844065) with proof, they completely removed the clip from my "Order History" and "My Clips" without issuing a refund. Now they are ignoring my emails for days. This is theft and false advertising. They take your money and then revoke your access if you complain. Avoid this site!

Clips4Sale has been around for ages (pretty sure since 2003), and they’ve proven to be reliable. Their support is solid, payouts arrive on time, and the built-in traffic is honestly the biggest advantage. You don’t have to constantly promote yourself like you do on platforms such as OnlyFans. Plus, their top-lists give creators some nice extra exposure.

I was a content creator on there they closed my account after requesting documentation for one of the girls, I promptly sent them the information they wanted but they deleted my account and told me they don't payout on closed accounts they closed my account on 31 October took all my months revenue, I also sell on (I Want Clips) and doing really well there I would never go back to clips4sale.

I bought what I thought were three separate clips of my favourite adult actress, all titled differently. I had no way of knowing that two of the clips were identical. When I paid for the clips and finally downloaded them, I found out that I'd paid twice for what turned out to be one clip.
I reached out to the Clips4Sale team and explained that because of their incorrect labelling and advertising for THREE clips, I had purchased the same clip twice. They point-blank refused to refund my $5.99.
Avoid this company at all costs; they're scamming people by showing more clips than there actually are, and you have no way to get your money back.

The site is a scam. Once you inserted your credit card once, they will create buttons that with a single click buys content that you don't want, without confirmation, and then deny cancellation.

My account was compromised and someone used my credit card to buy over $250 worth of videos before my card provider registered it as suspicious and I was able to cancel and replace my card and confirm the fraud with my provider. For the completely reasonable act of contacting my provider and asking them to investigate/get my money back, Clips4Sale saw fit to permanently ban my account unless if I paid the worth of the videos, plus around another $150 for the chargebacks. Additionally, according to their investigations, they found no unauthorized charges despite the purchased content and amount of money spent being completely inconsistent with my past activity on the account, and me being able to prove that I was working in a public school classroom at the time the purchases were made, confirming that I made the right decision. You would think that if chargebacks and disputes with banks were such a huge issue for them (and also the fact that they have your credit card info), Clips4Sale would have 2FA for purchases and/or better security, yet they have nothing of the sort. After digging around the internet, I find that I'm not the only one who has had problems with the site's lack of security, and that they themselves have been known to engage in suspicious activity, charging multiple times for the same video(s) for instance. It isn't much of a leap of logic to assume that it's their fault my account was compromised in the first place.

Also my subjective opinion: For a website that presents itself as the market for a billion trillion niche fetishes, their search engine, excuse of a filtering/tagging system, and UI are trash. It's bad enough that it would have been embarrassing a decade ago. Just to be clear, from what I've seen, most producers and stars that sell on the website do a great job of tagging their videos properly and comprehensively, the website just makes it not really matter.

One last thing: If your account is locked because they're "investigating" or any other reason, they won't tell you unless if you ask, and the website will tell you that your credentials are wrong if you try to log in and will not send a password reset email instead of telling you that your account is locked, which is really really great and reassuring to hear when your account was recently hacked.

Zero customer service, no respect or value for their customers, avoid the site. Their website made a purchase without my consent, error? Wouldn't matter, no chance of a refund, despite the silly money I've spent on their overpriced videos.

As a creator too it’s hell. . We verify 17 times on it via yoti and then they still keep asking

Don't expect anything special. There is nothing out of the box, it's just the same old classical boring stuff, very poorly performed and recorded.

They got a function of buy now and add to cart, they have instore credit wallet, When I press the Buy Now, it straight takes my bank card and said purchase complete instead of asking if I can use my instore credit or bank card instead. I sent them an email and absolutely not gonna get a refund when there was a function error on the buy now.

They need to fix the buy now method, The add to cart method worked after purchasing a clip using the instore credit that way.

I really wanna sue these guys too in court for making an false function during checkout

Worst customer support when it comes to refunds.
You buy a clip with the wrong description and are dissatisfied because of the misleading, incorrect description and tags. And instead of offering a proper refund, as any normal large sales platform would, they only offer to exchange the clip for another one from the same studio. They rip you off if you're not satisfied with the clip. They only care about their money and the creators' money. They don't care about the customers who bring in the money.

The site has dogshit customer support, it has laughable security, so it is very easy for accounts to get hacked, "like mine did." losing about a year's worth of clips and money from my wallet with no plans to refund me or anything of the sort despite having had my account on there since 2015. They made an "attempt" to introduce their site wallet that you can load money into instead of using a credit/debit card. Don't do this, it's a scam too. You just get in a loading screen, then a message telling you to go to their support email, which I have tried to reach for about 2 months now to no avail, about trying to buy a clip using the site wallet that dropped 25 dollars into, but a minus well have pissed that 25 away. Really, at this point, you would better find an SFM porn video online, at least you might be dealing with some actual stupid professionals. FORGET THIS SITE!!!

I 've never had any financial problems with them. Customer support on Clips4Sale is almost unreachable. And even if you manage to reach out to them they are pretty useless because they are never on your side. Also Clips4Sale is heavily let down by technical issues: the navigation is clunky; videos are too long to load; sometimes there is no sound at all. Basically the quality is so low that you can say they are just taking people's money by deception.

Clips4Sale (St. Petersburg, FL) terminated my account (Store ID 153417) for a future-activated clip (allowed format) and documentation error. No reply to appeal or Florida creator seeking fairness.
