Good experience
I've been dealing with my claim on and off for a few months now, the insurance company haven't been great but this place have been great. Always available to talk to and nothing is too much. Spoke to Matt (MT9) last week and he was great.

Chat with RC8 was lovely
I had to book a medical assessment after a crash and there were no appointments coming up in my area so did a live chat with Robyn (RC8). She was so lovely making sure I was available that day and found me an appointments in just a few minutes! She asked if I had any questions and gave a very warm tone through the chat, which was very appreciated.

Had a phone call today with RT5 to discuss my injuries and how they can help. The lady I spoke to was extremely polite, friendly and understanding. After listening to everything I’ve been going through, she has now referred me for physiotherapy to help me get back on track and hopefully on the road to recovery. 🤞
