After having a rough week due to a car accident the only thing I wish for is speaking to kind people. Today in order to speak about my situation HS9 (username) was really helpful and gave me enough information needed. He was very kind and had enough empathy for the situation I was in and made everything so much easier. Thank you HS9 a big shout out to you!!!!

Everything was explained very well, and made the experience of answering questions about the injuries easy to explain.The girl who called Ref EF2 was very pleasant and polite. Would definitely recommend this company
