From start to finish everyone at Cloc has really impressed me! Everyone I spoke to was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to help me.

I only needed one workbook printed and wasn’t sure if this would be something they would do. They not only printed one workbook for me in a high quality finish but they also delivered it SO fast that I can not recommend them highly enough. The price is SO much better than anywhere else I looked as well!

Excellent customer service, from Dave, also Shannon, on production. As an author, I had a children’s book, for charity, printed by CLOC a few years ago and was so pleased with the service and quality of print I returned this month for a proof and small print run of a novel. Customer service even surpassed my last experience. Quality of print and paper is excellent. CLOC is the most competitive in price and their website for print specifications and quote is idiot proof, even for a technophobe like me - even calculates the width of spine for you. I would highly recommend CLOC to you as I have to friends and colleagues.

I think the negative reviewer must have been reviewing Crossrail rather than Cloc Book Printing. I'm a first time author. Having been disappointed by another supplier, I came to CLOC with some trepidation. My fears were totally allayed. I used the premium service. In less than 48 hours, I had two proofs in my hand from two different print runs, one of which was a First Edition, One conventional. The print quality for the cover was fantastic and the content perfect. The cutting was exact. The alignment perfect. Dave Gangadeen and his colleagues could not have been more helpful or professional, even when I pressed the wrong option when calling on the phone and ended up in the wrong department. Nothing was too much trouble. And in case you think this glowing reference is because I somehow know them, I am the author of The Godot Orange. The Time Tech Team Chronicles will be available at the end of May 22. This innovation in interactive literature was made possible first by Cloc Book Printing. (Yeah, it's a bit of a plug for me, but at least you know it's a real review!) :-)

I have used Cloc twice over the last few years to print full-colour photography books. Their customer service has always been excellent as is the quality of the printing. The books are great value and for my recent one, they really went the extra mile suggesting silk paper and making the paper and cover slightly heavier weight. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone self-publishing a book or creating a catalogue or any printed material.

I had a terrible experience with this company. If you can avoid them. My business was badly affected by the lack of professionalism and total lack of customer service follow through.

Initially, this company seemed to be very helpful and acted as if they were going above and beyond for me; however, the sale assistant, Ryan, never followed through on promises he made. It wasn't just once but three times. I paid full price for a sample, was told that I would be upgraded to uncoated paper for free as it was a sample, and when the sample arrived, the paper was standard silk paper and the spiral the company used was way too small for the number of pages. I gave the company the benefit of the doubt as Ryan was very nice, but when I placed an order for two more items, the artwork was very blurry as the system compressed my image. I was told that the items would be reprinted, but despite me paying for 60% extra for a rush 48 hour order, I was told the preprint could not get to me until 5 days later. When I called five days later saying I never received my order, Ryan admitted to forgetting about it and not putting the order through. This meant I was not able to meet my deadlines with a client and it reflected negatively on my business. Although I eventually got offered a refund, this does not make up for the fact that I wasted time with a company that does not follow through on their promises. I wanted a product supplied as promised not a refund.

I understand accidents happen, but getting things wrong three times across two orders is going beyond an accident and is a total lack of professionalism.

Great for printing paperback perfect bound or stapled books. Reliable and helpful. Very good prices, especially for low runs, and good print quality. As it's digital printing, the pages can be a bit wavy as is common for this process, though the pages settle more in time. Paperback only, not hardback.
