Honestly they do not even deserve one star. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! I have been waiting almost two months for the product. Customer service people do not care, can’t reach anybody that cares and they don’t hear anything you say. I asked them for a refund as my product is not here and should have been weeks ago. So they re ordered and sent another one and still waiting. I wouldn’t trust it at all. Reporting them as fraudulent.

If I could rate zero stars that's what I would do. Run from this companies predatory business practices. Everything that is written from other reviewers explains our experience with this company as well. We purchased a pair of shoes and ended up with 4 months of subscription charges at 34.99 per month. We were not given an order number for the purchase so there is nothing to provide to cancel this erroneous subscription. You will have to cancel your card with your bank and dispute the charges as well as file a complaint with the Better business bureau. Run don't walk from this company.

Houseshoes were mis-sized, a month and a half late, added on order for item I did not order, and signed me up for some kind of subscription which I did not authorize. They charged me monthly without even sending items. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.

Ordered on March 9th and still have not received my order. I emailed customer support and even after producing the receipt the guy said that was not enough and cannot find my order. They will also sign you up automatically for a subscription and when you try to cancel it by receiving a 6 digit code that does not work. Take it from me that you do not want to do business with these scammers.

As soon as you purchase you are unwillingly signed up for a monthly subscription for $34.99 that gives u nothing but your also are not aware I just cancelled mine after reading the reviews so hopefully not more money is taken

STAY AWAY!!! This company is a total scam. Initially my order didn’t fully process but they took my money without any order confirmation. Weeks of back and forth with customer service to get my order processed. Then the product sizing was way off when it finally arrived. No ability to return or replace. Offered a 65% discount for a new pair instead. Used delay tactics in responding and then finally said 90 days had passed and nothing else could be done. Complete joke!!!

Stupidly bought from this company wasn’t thinking understandably my fault, but by making a transaction with them, they automatically sign you up with them which consists of monthly payments, when you log on and try to cancel their “membership” they send you a six digit code… that code doesn’t come through so you stuck with these thief’s taking money out of your account monthly…

They started out with a lie. They advertise as shipping from the United States but a week later, I got an email saying they shipped from China. Having been scammed before I noticed the shipping loaction they claim was Jinhua City China. This place is known for counterfiet mass production and online scams.

I tried to cancel the order but their bot Steve O said I couldnt, but could return the product. I placed my order on February 5th. The order did not say it shipped until February 15th (after I tried to cancel). It has been enroute ever since. On March 2 it showed as arrived in the U.S. It shows on March 6th it was moved to the "next facility".

I am sure whatever shows up, if it does will be some junk item. Also they included two itmes they charged me for thatI didn't order.

I have already filed a fraud report with my bank and they are resolving this now. Cloggs also refused to send me a return address in the United States saying it has to go back to the original country. Again I specifically was told online the advert also says " ships from the united States".

I purchased product however after 1 month received a charge AUD $52.11 (THIS INCLUDES INTERNATIONAL CHARGE) Cloggs advise VIP member services, promos etc. I have emailed company requesting refund. I have also asked Bank to investigate. I'll make sure company is blacklisted, not because of amount but because of failure to disclose and seems take people for idots. Tom KLASIC

Horrible experience this company is a scam. Do not buy from them. Slides will not fit and they will not exchange or refund them. They will attempt to charge you twice and you will be automatically signed up for their subscription service. Terrible experience do not fall for this trap.

Was guaranteed 3 day shipping (their ts&cs says it is usually 12 days. 15 days later, after I contacted them, the item was shipped directly from China. Quite obviously a cheap knockoff of the product actually shown in their pictures.

It's been a month since I ordered, and they've just taken another $50 out of my bank account.

FRAUD! Do NOT buy! This company is fraudulent. You purchase shoes in which the sizing is too small, the quality is sub par and the shipping takes almost a month only to find out you have been being charged a monthly subscription without receiving any product. Do not take the chance- buy elsewhere

Don't be fooled. This company seems legit but under the radar they are automatically charging you for items and services you do not want or even had the chance to agree to them. After my checkout experience (for reference, I purchased a pair of Cloggs for my daughter on December 23, 2025) I noticed that a pair of socks and shipping protection was automatically added to my invoice. I never had a chance to refuse these items during my checkout experience. The order took over a month to ship to my daughter (that is terrible...if there is an understanding of shipping delays, then that should be communicated upfront to the consumer). I checked my credit card statement the following month and noticed a $34.00 charge from this company on my card. Turns out, I was automatically subscribed to their monthly perks plan which supposedly provides discounts to future purchases, etc. Again, I never had a chance to review and/or agree to such a service during my checkout at time of purchase. I did reach out to their customer service team via email for both instances of charges and I did receive refunds for both charges. The fact that I had to do this based on shady automatic charges is not good business. They are hoping that no one notices or checks their statements for these charges. This is fraud, and this company is not trustworthy. Do not purchase from them, or you will have to deal with getting unwanted charges removed from your credit card.

Never got my order and they never replied so I disputed it with my bank. Since then they’ve been billing me small amounts each month.
They won’t accept any contact or comments on their socials, so if you’re on the fence about giving them your card details DONT. it is 100% a scam.

absolute scam. shoes didnt fit, smelled like chemicals, and as everyone is experiencing, a non-consented monthly "subscription" fee.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! My order never came in time and on top of that, they charged me again the next month and when I reached out to them, they told me I had signed up for a monthly subscription WHICH I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR, and then told me they wouldn't give me a refund. I told them to cancel my subscription and the next month they charged me AGAIN. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THEY ARE A SCAM!!!

Worst customer service, incorrect marketing and stealing your money by charging insane monthly fees you never signed up for. Also emailed customer support to cancel first time, they emailed back saying my subscription was cancelled then charged me again the next month. Worst company ever, don’t buy from them!

This company is a scam. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER. I ordered shoes and they were terrible quality. But worse, they have randomly and without authorization charged my credit card twice since the order. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company, and now I need to cancel my card.

I bought 2 pairs of Cloggs from cloggs.us. I never signed up for anything else.
4 months later I realized that Cloggs has been charging my credit card around $34.99 USD every month for a subscription that I NEVER agreed to!.
What in the name of the lord is a subscription to Cloggs.us for!???? $34.99 / month!!!
Note that at no moment during the purchase they notify or even ASK about a subscription!... they just go ahead and subscribe you without your consent!
