Unprofessioneller Shop! Fehlerhafte Retouren, Nummern werden x mal abgefragt. Die Retouren erst nicht und dann falsch an Klarna gemeldet! 150 Euro zu viel soll ich zahlen!! Ist das System???!!!!

The Appoint module is clunky, with a horrible UI and a very poor experience integrating it on a website.
Big branding for paid customers, very limited integrations.... Not worth to try.

They are extending their main product launching lifetime deals for extra modules and they are integrating those modules in the UI, which makes it difficult to navigate and set up.

Worst experience ever with an appointment application.

I logged into their system with my LinkedIn. Got instantly banned on the second day.
Not saying it's a bad product, but bad experience.

They released this too early to fund fixing it. Its so flawed with many many bugs. The important features dont even work. Was shocked. Wait at least 12 months for them to fix all their bugs. I know are working hard but they released this far to early without reviewing the usability and important functions required. Don't use it yet, you will regret it.

Aside from SOME not all the websites functions working in realtime, my main issue is that i didnt have control of my payment options.Here's what i mean most if not all website clearly excluding the Closelyhq website .

You are able to navigate to the billing see the information no problem right!

Heres what happens and it happened to us. after trying the free version of the tool. we decided to test the paid version for one month . And as you guested it the features that need an upgrade to use weren't worth the price.

Now, when that was realized, we decided to disconnect the card and accidentally clicked the buy subscription button in an attempt to backtrack the billing section .This is because the setting icon is only for your account email and password! I MEAN COME ON !

To make it worse the accidental subscription payment ended up being a year's payment. Now, granted we accept that the mistake made is partially our fault but how is it that you pay but don't have access to your own information without going through their horrendous customer support team that takes a while to get back to you.

And when we asked for a refund they refused to make it even more worse they went on to tell us that they can not confirm/provide any proof that the credit card has been disconnected . then went on to say that we need to contact Stripe to confirm that the card has been disconnected !

AGAIN COME ON! The entire process gets someone going in circles! Especially with a credit card that you cant not be sure will/will not be deducted when the current subscription is done .

BE AWARE THAT YOU WILL NOT HAVE DIRECT ACCESS TO YOUR BILLING INFORMATION !!

in this day and age, their "transparency" approach on using is paid version is clearly a LIE.

Closely is a great tool for outreach campaigns by connecting to your LinkedIn potential leads. I find Closely's templates to be helpful for beginners like me. The warm-up and auto-reply features make LinkedIn's outreach an easy task. I prefer to use Closely as it is a cloud-based app. I don't have to run it on my desktop. It is a kind of set-and-forget task.

I have been using Closely for about a month and I love. The platform is easy to use and I am getting great results. I would recommend it to anyone that is looking to build their LinkedIn network!!

Well, my title pretty much says what it needs to. I have tried tons of LinkedIn automation tools. And while there are better tools that closely but no other tool keeps your LinkedIn account as safe as Closely.

Closely's been one of the best lead source for me as a Freelance Agency owner. For me, it's an all in one platform where I can find leads, and do the automation without worrying of getting banned.

From the automation of outreach upon connection request acceptance to sending follow up messages to customization of your message. Closely can definitely do everything in the safest way possible.

I'm still amazed of what it can do and the potential future things that the Closely team can add to the platform. I'm always going to be supporting this team forever. Wishing success and more people to everyone in the Closely team.

Product actually works well, the team is fantastic and is constantly being developed - looking forward to the 12 months of a forward thinking team.

I like the software to send request to people but i've faced many bugs. support was great so they've helped me but this affected my experience.
My inbox isn't synced with my linkedin so when I read my messages in linkedin, it still appears unread in Closely so I have many unread messages..

Overall, it's still a good software. I have to use it more because i've only launched 2 campaigns which helped to get new connections but no leads so far, which might also be my bad.

Super nice tool, and great customer service

Closely saves me more time than maybe anything else I use.

I always intend to go onto LinkedIn and max out my weekly connections. Long term it is a must do, but on any given week it is very simple to overlook.

With Closely I can run a connection campaign and just let it run. Does the work for me, and does it all the time.

The other area in which Closely just shines is the CRM functionality they have built out over time. You can organize, tag, and take notes on your different contacts. Something that LinkedIn "should" do, but that they never will do lol. Closely does it and it gets better and better all the time.

It has other features-like the contact data finder-that are fantastic as well. But I came for the connection campaigns and stayed for the LinkedIn CRM lol.

Very useful tool for all your LinkedIn needs.

I have used a number of products in LinkedIn Automation and some work better than others. Also the price difference can be huge. Now that I found Closely, I don't believe I will be moving to another platform or trying any other. I have found my home.
