don't buy item on closora, because all item made china, The product doesn't match the photo, the quality is terrible, the size doesn't match, they won't refund your money, what they write to Money Back Garantee is a scam, they will force you to send the product back to China, shipping to China and customs clearance in China is at your expense and after that you won't receive anything in the end, a cheap Chinese product that costs on temp maximum $10 , will cost you $100, a waste of time and nerves.I suggest that everyone who has suffered losses join forces and sue them.

1) The shoes took forever to arrive. 2) The leather stinks!!! Donkey hide, I think. 3) The shoes look nothing like the photos, and are sized innacurately. 4) Did I mention that they STINK! 5) They came packed shoddily, and crushed. 6) The return "process" is "manned" by AI and is classic bait and switch. 7) AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!!

If I could give a zero review, I would. They advertised leather boots and what I received was nothing but plastic mess that did look like they were advertised. They have been giving me the run around since December of getting my refund that I had to file a claim. Stay away from this company at all cost.

Horrible, horrible experience. They listed a photo of a beautiful dress. the sites lists free 30 days, returns, so I figured I can try it out.
I got a crumpled heap of fabric, nothing close to what was shown on the site. When I tried to return it, they made me go through a whole long process, upload photos etc. Then they claimed that the issue was not on their end, just that the fit isn't right for me, and that is not included in the refund guarantee.
The worst part, is when I found the same dress on Amazon and Shein.com for half price and less, with guaranteed, no-questions-asked return policy.
After many back adn forth emails, they refunded me around $13 of my original $60 payment. The other choice they gave me was to ship the item back to them, pay shipping and custom fees, and get refunded. As I don't drive, the travel cost, shipping and customs was too much of an expense to make the return worth it.
DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE. At the minimum, do a quick google image search, you just might find that item on a reputable site with actual trustworthy return policies

This clothing is the worse quality. They have a WY address to appear as a US company however if you need to send an item back they require it be sent to the following address; Return Details (If Choosing Option 2)

They wanted pictures for an item that was too small. Not sure what the short fabric is but it is not cotton white is actually see thru.

My experience with Closora was disappointing. The products were very low quality and did not meet expectations. Returning items was also very difficult and frustrating. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I would go give this company no stars if I could. I recently order a white trench coat from their website and when I got it, I was so disappointed and and irritated. It looked NOTHING like the website photo. I paid over $65 for this coat and it was see through and the material was so cheap it felt like I ordered off of Shein or Temu! It didn't even have care instruction tags just a small tag that said M. I will never order from them again. I am currently trying to get a refund which I will have to pay for shipping. Which I think is complete bullshit. This website even says it focuses on using good quality materials which is obviously a lie. Do not buy from this company unless you like being ripped off!

Received a coat not at all like pictured. Tried to return it ($70) to mail it back and never received a refund. Now out the original $125 plus the $70! Scam! Avoid purchasing anything from them. Not a legitimate business and they are based out of China!

I would give a half star if it was possible. I’m still pissed I paid $63 for boots. They expertly photo shopped them, they easily looked like they were $200 boots. Upon reception they looked like the cost$5.00 or less to make. They looked not his like the picture and were made from cheap plastic. They are certainly not leather as advertised.
They had the nerves to tell me I had to pay customs to send them back. I’m going to write a review until my heart is content.

I ordered a jacket on December 10 for delivery before Xmas. It finally arrived February 17 at which point it's useless. the customer service is terrible. the delivery service is the worst I have ever experienced.

They are a Chinese company misrepresenting themselves as American by having a U.S. address in the footer of their website. The reviews on their site look fake. There were many male reviewers for the shoes I bought, which all said things like, "excellent quality, would buy again." Very generic reviews all saying somewhat the same thing. I should have paid more attention because I always look to see if companies are Chinese before I buy.

The issue is, you usually get poor quality, as I did. Then, when there is a problem and you want a refund, you have to ship them back to China at a cost that is almost as much as the shoes. I almost did it for spite, but I was too worried that they would just never refund me, or tell me they never received them.

The shoes were shipped in a plastic bag, just thrown in there. So they were all bent and warped when they arrived. When I tried them on, the band across the top was skewed out of place and couldn't be moved back. There were huge gaps on the side because of the way they were bent up in the bag.

On top of that, they are SUPER cheaply-made shoes that felt more like moccasins than actual shoes with structure.

So I wasted $50 and have nothing to show for it. I have learned my lesson. I hope this review helps someone from making the same mistake.

Terrible. This company is not what I expected…the shoes didn't fit, smelled like chemicals, bent out of shape and trying to rerun is such a hassle!! They don’t want you to rerun their shoes it’s ridiculous how much they push to give you 20% back and 50% store credit if you keep the shoes! No I want my money back! I do not ever want to do business with scam companies like this one..this is the first time ever writing a review for anyone and I just really felt compelled to do so with this company and also Alexander Hampton which is the exact same way! I’m sorry but y’all need to get your shit together if you want to do better business..
