Clothes Aid Avis 

I had 4 bags of clothes I wanted to give to charity. It was very straightforward to organise Clothes Aid to collect the clothes. Will be using them again. Thank you.

Very easy to organise a pick. Had quite a few bags and boxes from my parents house. Organised pick up on line and was informed when items had been collected.

Recommend this service to anyone! Reliable, efficient, great communication. We used them when having a clear out during renovations, it was so easy to book a collection and have clothes/items that could find a new home picked up and taken off our hands.

It was really helpful to have someone to pick up my bags of clothes I don't drive so I didn't know how to get rid of them but I saw your ad filled out the on line form simple

I would recommend anyone to use this charity collection. It was so easy to phone and they answered quickly and were very polite. No more trying other shops, most saying they had no room. But best of all no carrying bags to shops. They came on the day they said and took everything I had. I will be using them again and also recommending all my friends to do the same.

First time using the service when booking via their on line website. Easy to navigate the site and request pickup. Timely response via email regarding confirmation for pickup. From selecting a date for collection, up to date emails and to texting on the morning for added details. This service is brilliant especially for people who can't get to drop off donations themselves. Highly recommended.

Online website very easy to navigate , kept me up to date ,collected exactly as I asked ,these items would have been put in bin as the bags were heavy and I do not drive

These companies are only feed off good will and play on the names of good causes. They are out to strike it lucky with donations such as jewellery, handbags etc... that they can sell of or export. The money they give to causes is miniscule. Also go to companies house and read the information and account details. Rather dubious to say the least.
