Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company! They won’t accept returns or give you a refund! I bought a tracksuit in black that was nothing like the picture £26 with delivery. The fabric is cheap, they will not refund because I said I don’t like it! Then offered me a 20% off voucher to use in there shop!! No thanks

Absolutely awful Company

I ordered some 36 inch waist shorts (large) from this company in March 2026, on delivery they sent two pairs size 2XL, they agreed to send me another two pairs if I paid the postage of £4.90 which I did, it’s now April the 14th and I’m still waiting, I have had lots of repeat emails saying they are looking into it even though I’ve paid for the delivery,

Update - on the reply below you know I’ve replied to you on several occasions and not got anywhere, stop trying to fool people who may be reading this review.

The item i bought looked nothing like it should …

The item i bought looked nothinng it did on website and bad qualiy the top was smaller the bottoms ,customer service said i could keep the item as it would cost me alot of money to return ( as they are over seas ) even though they state free return , also told they could send me a bigger size but would need to pay the posatage , would never recommend this company they misslead there customers about the service they provided .

I do NOT recommend ordering from Clothesam.

I placed an order expecting to receive the item shown on their website, but what I received was completely different. The quality is extremely poor — nothing like the pictures — and the product is basically unusable.

It looks cheap, badly made, and honestly more like a beanbag than the item I ordered. You cannot wear it, sell it, or even give it to someone as a gift.

When I contacted customer service, they offered me only a small partial refund instead of taking responsibility for their mistake. They also suggested I keep the item, which is unacceptable.

This is very disappointing and feels misleading. Be careful before ordering from this website.

Not as advertised

The tracksuit arrived, however , it is completely different to what was advertised. The design is nothing like advertised. The material was cheap and quality of the product is awful. I paid £26. And I am appalled by all this and would like a full refund. Order number#CLL13666
The representative just wrote me an email asking me to give the product away as it wouldn't be worth me sending it back as it would cost more. They have no customer service and don't care even though they are aware that it's nothing like advertised. No, I demand a full refund
