Great products, lots of variety, don't order the next day on a Sunday it doesn't get delivered till Wednesday so not worth it.

Hi Sarah, firstly thanks for review, could you kindly give me your order number please so I can look into this further for you, all our orders are sent out Tracked 24 if ordered before 4pm and if an order is placed on a weekend then it’s processed on the next working day which will be on a Monday, when we dispatch an order it’s pretty much out of our hands for delivery, all we can do is make sure the items are dispatched then it’s down to Royal Mail, Royal Mail advise to allow up to 72 hours for Tracked 24 during busy periods, I would say 95% of the time Tracked 24 will get there next day but unfortunately problems can arise with the delivery service that is out of our hands.

Best vape store I’ve found. Absolutely amazing flavour range and free next day delivery when spending £20. You can’t ask for more than that. Excellent customer service too!

I only came across this website yesterday as the disposable vape I usually buy was out of stock from another website. I'm so happy I ordered from cloud kings!!! They had the exact vape in the flavour I wanted ( Hayati Pro Ultra 15000 Puffs Disposable Vape in Grape gummy bear/strawberry gummy bear) They are very reasonably priced (£12.99) and the fact I only need to spend £20 or more to get free next day tracked delivery is fantastic!!! Another great perk is the loyalty points you can earn from your purchases. These points will soon add up and can go towards money off future orders. I even got 10% off my first order by signing up to their mailing list!!! Very happy customer indeed and will definitely be buying from cloud kings again! Best customer service I’ve received, wouldn’t shop anywhere else
Brilliant website, I’ve used these many times and always had a great experience. My latest purchase was incorrect but I contacted them on the website and they replaced my order no questions asked and received it the next day, very impressed. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for my vapes, customer service is next level

There quick delivery and good prices some of the vapes r brilliant others not so good but you get that with vapes the only negative I'd say is that I emailed them about a recent purchase and the vape ran out far too quick before it stated in the little screen and they never replied haven't replied to any email that I sent about it
Have since sorted the issue out so thank you will deffo be back for more :-)
