Very professional in what they do and also do a good job

Everything went to plan from the quote to fitting.
The fitters arrived within the time slot and 4 panes of glass were replaced in under 30 minutes.

From start to finish we found Cloudy2clear a very smooth process and would highly recommend!

We had some double glazing replaced in a few window. On the day of the quote Graham called me to give me an eta and arrived on time (which is very rare these days).
The price was reasonable compared to other quotes we had. He measured them and quoted us there and then and he applied no pressure at all which we found refreshing, and that is what made us go with the quote. Graham booked us in and we worked out a date together, to fit around us.

On the day of fitting Graham called us again and gave us an eta. He fitted the new panes of glass very professionally, he wore shoe covers, left no mess and was so polite with it. We mentioned a window that was catching at the bottom and if he could have a look. He had a look and he fixed it for us there and then to which we found an outstanding service. He couldn't of helped us enough and that is the main reason we'll use Cloudy2clear again and have recommended the company to family and friends. Thank you very much.

An appointment was made for measuring and pricing.
after agreeing details and costs and appointment was made for the fitting.
Both men I met were pleasant and informative and arrived at the appointment times.
It did not take long to fit the new windows.
From beginning to end a smooth proceedure and I am happy with the windows.

Great service

We had a scheduled appointment for a quote, but the technician did not arrive. Upon contacting the office, I was informed that the appointment was within a three-hour window. I accepted this, although I was concerned that this detail was not communicated during the initial booking. The technician arrived three hours later as indicated, and we subsequently scheduled the repair appointment for three weeks in advance.

On the day of the scheduled repair, the technician did not appear. I contacted the office on three separate occasions and was assured that someone would return my call; however, no one did.

Given the three-week waiting period, a minimum expectation would have been a call to inform me of the situation.

I will not be utilizing this company's services again and will seek a more reliable provider.

From the first contact and estimate everything was dealt with and delivered on time and as ordered. The fitting team where friendly and polite, carrying out their work cleanly and tidily with respect for our property. Very pleased with the whole experience.

Very professional. Salesman was polite and friendly. Engineers who installed the new glass were respectful of the property and explained what they were doing as they replaced the glass. I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to others.
