Spectacular. Sent them a brand new phone on the Saturday. Was worried about sending it, since the phone was valued at £240 by Clove (bearing every other offer by £40, incidentally). They reassur... Voir plus

Competitive price
Competitive price, quick service (they chased me to return before receiving return envelope). Fast payment, price as per guarantee, no quibble. Would definitely recommend using, you may get a few quid more selling private, but for a fast competitive service, I haven't used any better.

Superb service!
Set up the sale on their website on Saturday. Couldn't post off until Monday, but did so using the label they emailed me.
Parcel was fully trackable via Royal Mail. It arrived with them on Tuesday. I then got emails telling me the progress through the test and evaluation. Final email telling me I'd be paid after 4pm. And I was.
Payment for the original offer amount in my bank by end of Tuesday, a total of 4 days.
Nothing to fault. Service great. Info great. Price great. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Great company to deal with, was kept up to date all the way through, even though it took no longer than 3 days from start-finish!! I had 2 queries which were swiftly answered the same day within 2 hours of me sending the emails, so please trust and use Clove. Excellent …..

Clove had the most competitive prices and their service and payout was spot on, I didnt have to query anything, the whole process was completed within 2-3 days from the time I post my phone back to the time I got paid.

Offered the best trade in price for my pixel 6a phone. received the pre-paid returns package next day, posted and money was paid next day directly into my account.
